Congratulations Adam!!!! Great job on your weight loss I am obese. I have tried every diet and have exercised. A high protein diet gave me kidney damage. I really want to lose the weight, being disabled with mobility issues, I have tremendous pain, do you have any advice? I’m tired of being tortured in my own skin.

Hey Adam, thanks for replying. Yes thats what i was looking for. Been to the link but still cannot find the free e-book, only the clothes and accesories. I hope i’m not bein stupid, can ya help? I’d love to get my hands on this book. Is it possible you could give me the direct link or send it to me.

Hi Adam. I was watching a video of yours and in it you said you had a shop to buy stuff from. You also said there was a free ebook to download. I have tried to find this but only found 1 page on another site. I don’t have any money so this is great news to me… only i can’t find it anywhere. Please could you let me know where it is, or send me it or something. Like your vids, not checked your wensite fully yet but will dive in soon.
