NOTE: The last week has been completely off the Richter with the NYC Shredder Summit and the RTP Transformation Contest Event Day! I will be back-posting tons of awesome pictures and videos from these amazing 3 days over the next 24 hours. The sheer number of videos and pics we have is simply staggering, it numbers in the 10′s of Gigabytes!
In addition I will soon have in my possession the official Pro Pics for the Winners of the RTP TRansformation Contest 2009, along with the official video of the Champion’s workout with Tom Venuto and myself. Stay tuned!

Today’s Post is specifically for August 8, 2009.
Wow! What a day! Today was completely off the Richter in every possible way! On this day, August 8, 2009 the winners of the RTP Transformation Contest 2009 received their Mega Prize Package and Itinerary!
Announcing The RTP Grand Champions 2009 and 120 Missions Successfully Completed!
In the last 24 hours 120 Shredders officially declared “Mission Accomplished” on their 12-Week Shred, 20 Contest Finalists were recognized for their outstanding achievements, and two amazing Shredders were announced as the winners of the World’s First Real Time Accountability Body Transformation Challenge!
As you can see from the new Shredder Hall of Fame on our home page this Global Shred Mission has been a massive success. Shredders from all walks of life across 28 countries joined together in common cause and shredded their way to a total mind, body and life transformation! And not only that, we have formed bonds and friendships that in many cases will last a lifetime, the support inside the ShredderSphere has quite literally been off the Richter, and I thank each Shredder for making the Sphere a unique place where people can make their dreams a reality.
I would also like to thank my mentors Carlos DeJesus and Tom Venuto for making this Global Shred Mission possible, helping massively behind the scenes dispensing your words of wisdom, inside the Sphere giving advice and encouragement to our fellow Shredders, and also for your very professional, deliberative and thorough judging for the Contest over a 48-hour time period . Without your mentorship and guidance this would not have become a reality. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you Mike Groom and ShredderSteve for your massive help with ShredderSphere Tech Support and Sphere design. Thank you for your expertise in running the Sphere, without your support the Sphere and all the cool new additions would not exist.
And finally, I would like to thank each and every Shredder who took part in this first of it’s kind Contest, you have collectively redefined the meaning of support, encouragement and real time accountability over the last 12 weeks! As you know the Contest itself was a way in which you could harness an external motivator and add it to your stack of PRW’s, and I am so pleased to see that this worked so well for so many people, and with an amazingly high follow through rate, the likes of which have never been seen before in the self-development space.
So, without further adeiu, it gives me great pleasure to bring to you the official Winners in the RTP Transformation Contest 2009, Dean Thesinger from Africa and Elaine Morales from the USA!
Congratulations Dean and Elaine for not only massively transforming your physique, but also for proving once and for all that losing fat and gaining muscle is achievable over the term of a 12 week Mission.

“Adam, You Provide All The Tools, You Spell It Out”
“Well, you’ve read my story, you know how I’ve worked the program, what my results were, and how thrilled I am. I wanted to also take the opportunity to reflect a bit on the RTP System. Why did it work for me? I am in the best shape of my WHOLE ENTIRE LIFE! How can this be?
Even before discovering and purchasing RTP, I KNEW what to do to get in the best shape of my life, but I NEVER applied this knowledge. Adam, your program offers something VASTLY different. You don’t just talk about visualization and goal-setting, you show us how and keep us accountable. You put equal emphasis on the mental and emotional work and transformation as you do the physical.
And – you provide all the tools! You spell it out. The training and nutrition is idiot-proof! I was forced to up the intensity of every workout in a way I have never experienced before. The training and nutrition logs were invaluable. The accountability log and daily blogs are totally unique. And key to the success of this program.
I was very skeptical about the Shreddersphere. I am an introvert and a private person. I have never blogged, posted to a public discussion board, nor participated in any online community (except Facebook) before. But you have developed something special here. Chillin’ With Shredder Doug In Muscle Beach!
Today something else very cool happened, I got to meet up with a fellow Shredder in L.A., the one and only Doug from Doug’s Daily Delta!

Doug and I had a great time cruising over to Venice Beach in Santa Monica, and seeing up close the world-famous Muscle Beach where Arnie and Franco used to work out!
Here is a pic below (Doug has pictures on his camera with the both of us so maybe Doug will upload one of these tomorrow). I also gotta say that Doug is a great Shredder, and a gentleman. We hit it off from the word go and discussed all things Sphere, it was very cool as we both knew you guys by your first names!
And also, Doug’s arms are just as impressive in person as they are on film! Doug is a committed Shredder who has gotten massive results since November 8, 2008 and I look forward to seeing Doug blow M2 outta the water!
Thanks again Doug for an awesome afternoon mate, you are a champion Shredder and a great bloke!

Over the last week I have been consumed with witnessing in real time the amazing transformations taking place inside the ShredderSphere as more than 120 Shredders finish their “RTP Transformation Contest Shred Mission.”

In honour of my fellow “RTP Transformers” (those Shredders who got over 90%Accountability Compliance) on their respective Shred Missions I will be featuring their transformations over the coming days and weeks. You will learn first hand how they harnessed the power of the RTP Transformation System and the ShredderSphere Real Time Accountability and Support Community to make massive mind, body and life transformations.

“RTP & The ShredderSphere Helped Me Transform My Life” by Eric
The RTP Transformation System and the ShredderSphere community have helped me to change my life! I was overweight, having health issues, and really wondering how to turn things around. I received an email from Tom Venuto about the program and as soon as I started reading the material, I knew this was the path that would take me where I needed to go.
The RTP Transformation System is a well thought-out, proven system combining a 12-week physical training regimen, a nutrition plan that supports the high level of physical work being done, and a powerful mental training system to help discover and address those mental blocks that can so easily derail your efforts.
The ShredderSphere community is an AMAZING group of people who support, encourage, and help each member as they pursue their Missions. Accountability is the total key for me and this community and the accountability system has been very foundational in my success.
In my first 12 weeks, I lost 43 lbs of fat and my BF% went from 34% to 23%. I am very pleased with these results and look forward to starting my second mission soon.
I love being a part of this community and helping others achieve their goals, building friendships, and watching people make amazing changes in their lives! These are real people working together to reclaim their health and build new lives. I’m very happy to have found this place, and am grateful to Adam Waters and his dedication to his own health, the RTP system he has built, and the community he has helped bring together.
Thanks to Adam, my shredder teammates and friends, and this system, I have a new, healthier lifestyle and am in the best shape of my life. And this is just the beginning!

“On the 19 April 2009 I received an email from Tom Venuto that set me on a path that has dramatically changed my life.
The email led me to Adam Waters’ astonishing ’84 days in 48 seconds’ transformation video, his blog and the RTP Transformation System. I had lost who I was and felt like I was slowly dying inside.
