Today was part 2 of my Muscle Rounds (MR) routine which targeted both lower body and upper body – quads, hamstrings, shoulders and triceps.

A brutal day on two counts. This morning I did Lactic Acid Part 2 which required 5 pre-exhaust supersets for each muscle group…on 20 seconds rest. This is a high intensity form of training geared for maxinmum fat loss in minimum time.
