G’day Shredders,

Day 60 of the Global Real Time Group Shred Mission (a.k.a. the RTP Transformation Contest) is now complete!

As you may recall from my post made back on Day 961: Meeting Nadine In Brissy, my Fellow Shredder from the ShredderSphere.com Private Community stopped into Brissy on a long haul flight from Dubai for an RTP Muscle workout, a Shredder Approved lunch and a Video Interview (video exclusive to ShredderSphere.com)

While we were at the gym (shredding hard!) we got a few snaps of our workout on Nadine’s camera, which were then uploaded onto Nadine’s private blog in the ShredderSphere. You can see a couple of our pics below. (You can even see Nadine’s captions underneath each pic!)
