G’day Shredders,

Today (or should I say last night) was awesome! I got in 8 hours sleep for the first time since the promotion of the RTP Transformation Contest 1 month ago! Truth be told I have been operating on as little as 5 hours sleep for quite a while now, which is definitely not optimal when you are shredding hard to hit peak condition as I am for Judgment Day Pro Pics on August 8, 2009 for the RTP Transformation Contest.

Even better, my full 8 hours sleep also saw my body clock completely re-set to a “normal” sleep cycle as well. Needless to say, I feel refreashed and energized, and look forward to hitting my best condition ever for Judgment Day! Stay tuned..
