Going Undercover With A “Reveal” In NYC
That’s right, just like I did on my previous “Stealth Mission” in New York I’ll be conducting an undercover operation on RTP-Blog.com for the duration of this Mission with a massive “Reveal” on “Judgement Day”, August 8, 2009.
Of course, August 8, 2009 is also “Event Day” for the RTP Transformation Contest Winners when Tom Venuto and I will privately escort the male and female winner on a road trip they’ll never forget!
This prize package includes a training session in New Jersey, pro pics in NYC overlooking the Empire State Building (the “Big Reveal”), and a private dinner and “Broadway Show” with Tom and myself!

But “Topless” Inside The Sphere!
However, this Mission will be conducted “Topless” inside ShredderSphere 2.0 where I will keep my shirt and reveal my exact training, nutrition and mental training plan for the entirity of this 110-day Mission. As I discussed yesterday, I am currently undertaking an 8-week muscle-building program designed by World Champion Natural BodyBuilder, Carlos DeJesus, called “RTP Muscle.”
Once this 8-week phase of training is complete I’ll then start an new fat loss training workout program called “RTP Turbo”, which is designed to get me (and any Shredder who uses it in the future!) totall shredded for NYC Pro Pics with Tom and the Contest Winenrs.
As a special perk for ShredderSphere 2.0 Members (i.e. RTP Transformation System customers) they will be getting my detailed training and nutrition records inside the Sphere, along with access to both “RTP Muscle” and “RTP Turbo” workout programs that they can deploy for their future Shred Missions!
Today’s Shred Report
Onto other news…I gotta say, there is nothing like being on a full-blown Shred Mission to ratchet up your intensity levels in your training!
Even though I continued to train with weights a minimum of 3 times per week since I finished Mission 5, I did ease back on the cardio as I my objective was building a solid base of muscle/strength.
But, that all changed today, and don’t I feel it! I did my first 40 minute cardio session in donkeys (a 30 min run and 10 minute row) and by the end of it I was dripping in sweat. The thing I was focused on was keeping my intensity level at the max (My PRW’s for this Mission make that kinda easy!) and I succeeded!
I have been living for this moment for a long time, and I can finally say I’m back into fair dinkum shred mode! Bring on the next 108 days, I’m ready to take this game (and my bod) to a whole new level!
