Day 894: Mission 6 Goes Live – Let The Shredding Begin!

G’day Shredders,

Yesterday the hammer dropped on the RTP Transformation Contest in a massive way! The ShredderSphere has exploded with more than 260 members now!

I’ll be discussing this Contest in more depth over the coming days (including a comprehensive FAQ from the tons of emails I have received!) but for now it is time for me to drop the hammer on my personal Shred Mission for the next 110 days!

Getting Fair Dinkum…Again!

Yes, that’s right, the time has come for me to get fair dinkum and practice what I preach by ripping off my shirt and documenting my journey to the best shape of my life over the next 110 days!

Since I finished Mission 5 I have focused on building muscle and gaining strength in my “off season” and have been happy with my training and my results thus far. However, there is nothing quite like a public Shred Mission to get you laser focused on burning fat and shredding massive!

Mission 6 Goals

Mission 5: Real Time "Road Testing" of RTP Training Program

Mission 5 Flashback: Real Time "Road Testing" of RTP Training Program

My goals for Mission 6 are simple. Hit the best shape of my life and surpass the shape I achieved on my previous visit to NYC back on Day 500. Specifically, my goal is to have greater muscle mass (over the 8-week Phase 1 of my training) and be more shredded than my previous pro pics (which will occur over the 8-week Phase 2 of my training).

In fact, I was joking with Tom that I would call this Mission “Rooftop Redemption”! (You can see the pic I’m referring to in the bottom left corner of the Contest Promo Graphic below).

In regards to the workout program I will follow over the next 16 weeks I will deploy two distinct programs in the same manner I did when I conducted Mission 5: South Beach to Surfers.

That is, I will be “road testing” both programs in “broad daylight” and proving their effectiveness first before I endorse them, and make them available as part of the RTP Transformation System.

Mission 6: Phase 1 – Muscle Building on “RTP Muscle”

rtp-muscle-red-zThroughout the first 56 days of Mission 6 I will be “road testing” a new workout program that 1985 World Champion Natural Bodybuilder Carlos DeJesus originally designed back in the early 1990′s.

Carlos’s clients which include Natural Bodybuilding Champions like John Vendetti and Kathy Brady achieved amazing results on this program back in the day by increasing their lean body mass up by 20 lbs. over a 10-week period.

Furthermore Carlos’ “Muscle Building” workout program has stood the test of time as one of his recent clients has also achieved great results too, not to mention Carlos himself when he won the World Crown back in ’85! A massive part of following any program is a strong belief that it actually works, and needless to say my belief in this workout program is massive!

In fact, I did a session tonight on “RTP Muscle” and I gotta say that I am still feeling the “pump” right now! I know I’ll sleep like a baby tonight!

And also, for the ladies who’d like to gain strength and muscle tone Carlos and I are developing a program for you too! It’s called RTP Figure, and you are gonna love it!

Mission 6: Phase 2 – Advanced Fat Loss on “RTP Turbo”

Throughout the final 56 days on this Shred Mission in the lead-up to “Judgment Day” in New York City with Tom Venuto and the RTP Transformation Contest Winners I will be following a “hybrid” fat loss training program that Carlos and I will also be collaborating on.

This advanced fat loss program will integrate the training methods I have personally used to shred on previous Missions along with techniques that Carlos has also implemented to be undefated in natural drug-free bodybuilding Contests.

Carlos and I have termed this program “RTP Turbo” as it’s primary goal is to burn the maximum amount of bodyfat in the shortest time possible while retaining the lean body mass built on “RTP Muscle” over the preceding 8 weeks (extremely important!). I am looking forward to shredding massive on this program as well, and proving it’s effectiveness publicly!

Here’s The Cool Part!

Once  I have fully tested and verified the effectiveness of these workout programs Carlos and I will make these available as part of the overall RTP Transformation System package.

That’s right, in addition to the “official” 84-day RTP Traning Program that has already gotten great results for every single person who has finished (see the Shredder Hall of Fame on the right hand side bar), there will be two additional workout programs that Shredders can deploy once they finish their first Shred Mission. Exciting times indeed!

Mission 6: Pleasure PRW’s

This image encapsulates a whole lot of “Pleasure PRW’s” (Powerful Reason Why) like pride and accomplishment if I follow through with near perfect precision and execution over the term of this Mission. The feeling and the experience of going back to NYC to meet Tom and my two fellow Contest Winners will be the highlight of my life. I know we will have an awesome day together and have memories that we’ll preserve for a lifetime.

Mission 6: Pain PRW’s

On the hand, there are quite a few “Pain PRW’s” to be had if I fall short of hitting my goal of getting well under 5% bodyfat (pain, regret and embarrassment as the Day 1000 pro pics will be seen for a long time to come!). This is the level of bodyfat I require to get my lower two abs to show. During Mission 5, I hit that level of leanness required for the last two pop out, my goal this time is to carve them even deeper!

Over the course of this Mission I will be documenting my experience on these two new RTP Workout Programs Carlos and I have developed: RTP Muscle (muscle building) and RTP Turbo (advanced fat loss) exclusively inside ShredderSphere 2.0.

Shredders inside the Sphere will get a real time look at this new “experiment”, along with all my Log Sheets and Workout Program/s once each Program is complete. 8 weeks on RTP Muscle and 8 weeks on RTP Turbo.

    Adam, I can testify that any program designed by Carlos is going to be a good one. If you are doing the program I think you are doing, it is the same one I just started today and it is massive! I know that I have had the best gains of my life by following Carlos’ suggestions. When it comes to following someone, having a World Champion guiding your course is the best! I am sure you are going to show massive results in the next 56 days. Good luck!
