Day 887: The Muscle-Building Manuscript

Some breaking news today…Carlos DeJesus (1985 World Natural Bodybuilding Champion and RTP Transformation System Technical Advisor) and I have started “pre-production” on two new “RTP Workout Programs” to complement the official 84 Day RTP Training Program.
Note: The “84-Day RTP Training Program” is purely designed to empower each individual to make a body transformation in the shortest time possible. In fact, the success of this workout program is self-evident as the first 3 people to complete it have all achieved a full-blooded physique transformation in 84 days and entered the Shredder Hall of Fame! Debbie S., David Waters and Brian Hildebrand.
Don’t Fall Down The “Rabbit Hole”!
However, just as critical is what happens after those first 84 days complete. Many a person has fallen back down the “rabbit hole” after initially having success on their fat loss journey (myself included).
In essence, my training philosophy (which underpins the entire RTP Transformation System) runs like this: get into the best shape possible in 84 days, and then continue your journey and capitalize on the momentum you have created by sustaining/improving your gains over the long term.
Post RTP Workout Programs
With this in mind, Carlos DeJesus and I have commenced work on designing result-producing “Post 84-Day RTP Workout Programs” that will empower each individual to not only continue their journey, but also focus in with laser-like precision on their specific physique goals and training objectives. The programs we are working on first are “muscle building/strength training” and “advanced fat loss.”
Carlos’ “Larger Engine” Theory
Here’s where it gets interesting…24 hours ago Carlos DeJesus sent me the “Muscle-building Manuscript” for me to “road test” in my gym here in Australia! I gotta tell you, Carlos’ “Larger Engine” principle which drives this “muscle building” workout program is pure genius. Carlos has the rare ability to distill complex principles down into bite-sized practical pieces, that when followed deliver measurable results.
M6 Phase 1: Packing On Muscle
After just one session on this “muscle building” workout program I have already decided that I will follow this program over the first phase of training for Mission 6 and road-test it in real time
M6 Phase 2: Advanced Shredding
During the back end of Mission 6 I will implement the “advanced fat loss” workout program (currently in pre-production with Carlos) as well. The primary focus with this phase of training will be cutting my bodyfat to under 5% while retaining all the muscle built over the first phase.
Stay tuned for more details regarding Mission 6, and the implementation of these new “muscle building” and “advanced fat loss” programs!
Who knows, we may even need a few “beta testers”!
