Day 874: David Waters Shreds Massive on RTP…And A Strange Twist

By

G’day Shredders,

Today is one of the proudest moments of my life.

My brother has just completed the RTP Transformation System and posted massive results in the process. As the author of this System, of course I am extremely happy that Dave now joins Debbie in the “Shredder Hall Of Fame” as it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that this System works.

However, there is much more to Dave’s story than meets the eye. In fact, both our journey’s to this point in time are closely intertwined, and both of us credit the other one as being “the” person who made us “see the light” when there was darkness and regret.

“Never Before Seen Pictures” And A Strange Twist!

In fact, as you’ll soon find out, there is a very strange twist to this story that originates back in Australia in late 2006 (when Dave gave me the “home truths” that triggered my “Mission 1″) and also in Japan 2007 (when I tried to help Dave turn it around.)

And, believe it or not, there are some “never-before-seen” pictures of Dave in Osaka that show exactly what I am talking about.

First, let’s cut to the chase and see Dave’s pictures from his Mission 1: Judgment Day! Below are Dave’s official RTP Transformation System results for 84 days.

And now, who better to discuss his journey from overweight to lean than the man himself…my bro!

David Waters: Day 84 Post on ShredderSphere 2.0

“Hi everybody and yes I finally did it. I am soo thrilled to have completed Adam’s RTP Transformation System!! It was the hardest and also the most exhilirating experience of my life. There were times there that I had to go to my core to get the job done.

I am so proud of myself of continously striving to get the most out of myself. Its not only about the weight loss and the physique change but the emotional shift. I changed in ways I never thought possible. This was probably the biggest accomplishment of my life along with obtaining my P.G.A Card.

The big thing about my personality is that Ive always been a hard word worker but Ive never felt successful and as a result massive success had never been obtained to the extent that Ive seen from my peers. The biggest thing that I finally broke this down to was emotional. The RTP Transformation System was fantastic and extremely insightful in its approach to the physical and nutritional side to a physique transformation.

David and Adam in Japan: June 9, 2007

However none of this mattered without the P.R.W’s (Powerful Reasons Why). This was was the kicker. This is the secret to achieveing all that you want because it maximizes your potential. It doesn’t matter what you’re trying to achieve. You need to be inspired.

I made sure that at least the last 5 weeks of the program, I stepped inside tose words that I wrote down instead of just reading them. I visualized strongly and felt those emotions whether it being pain or pleasure. This kept me fresh and focused at all times. This is what made me never give up. I challenge you shredders get emotional. Life is nothing without emotion. Find massive reasons for doing the transformation and feel strongly about them every day. Look at them and feel them at least once a day.

My journey actually started in Japan. I was quite overweight and lost in myself. Id let myself go to around 96 kilos and counting. Adam who was living there at the time couldn’t believe how much I had deteriorated. To tell a long story short I was jaded. I had obtained my P.G.A Card through hard work but lost all motivation and inspiration and actually didnt know whether I wanted to exert hard work again. Even though I was successful in getting my card I still didnt feel successful because Id lost all desire. My hunger had gone.

That's right! Here is Dave standing in my doorway with my blue shorts and the Japan Times newspaper!

When Adam saw me he put it on me “He said do you want to change, and are you ready to?” I said yes and then off we went. I lasted two days and gave up. I used the excuse that I wanted to experience and enjoy Japan. Lets just say there were some tense moments between us.

You see my word and my promise had always been strong. I actually put it on Adam about a year before that time right before his first 84 day mission that he had broken promises not only to us but to himself. He didnt argue about it as I thought he might but instead quoted those words that I had said to him as a big reason for him kick starting his life and being all that he could be.

So as you can see he wasnt that impressed when I turned around and declined to change. But he was more disappointed for me. The excuse for wanting to enjoy Japan I think made him churn inside. I realise later why. The main reason was that he had used these same excuses for the previous 6 years. I felt at that moment that I had lost respect not only from Adam but for myself. My word was not strong anymore.

Now fast forward to the beginning of this Mission and I asked Adam if I could come aboard. I never asked what his emotions were about it but he just said absolutely and I started. I knew I wasnt going to fail this mission. Especially after reading his modules there was no way I could fail if I followed how it was written.

Now after about 60 days of continued discipline there were very visible results! I was excited and Adam was beaming. I knew I had gained his respect and restored my word with vigorous confidence for life. After 84 days I was over the moon!! My life has just begun…

The last thing I want to say is a big thank you to all the Shredders. Its such an amazing feeling waking up and seeing all those positive messages. It gives you that massive high and push to go harder every day. I would go through days especially on those last few weeks that all I wanted to do was write about my inspiring day. I would work extremely hard so I could share it with everybody else about my conquest that day. That just says amazing things about the Shreddersphere and how it was created.

I also challenge you shredders to make sure that you put a picture of yourself up everyday. This is soo important!! This is accountability!! There’s nothing like the truth of a picture describing how hard you’ve worked. My focus would massively intensify knowing that I had to put a picture of myself up everyday. It made me work twice as hard. Because c’mon we are all vain people underneath! We all want to look good.

Shredders once again thankyou for all your support and I know that you guys are going to hammer your Missions. Leave nothing in the tank and I promise you that your life will change forever. Any other goal that you have after this mission will seem a breeze.

Trust me.

Good luck Shredders!!”

David’s Body Weight Stats for the 84 Days
Also my beginning stats were 85.3 Kg total body weight with 13.6% B.F and 73.7 LBM.
I didn’t end up conducting a Bodyfat Test but I did weigh in at 76.1 which is a 9.2 KG Loss which would roughly put me in the 7-8 B.F % Range with everything else being equal.

See you tomorrow for that Big Announcement!

To anyone about to push the button and use the RTP Transformation System:

You must ! ! – I’ve burned off 25 pounds myself, pounds that have been “hanging around” for well over 1/3 of my life.

    CONGRATULATIONS DAVID !

terrific site this rtp-blog.com great to see you have what I am actually looking for here and this this post is exactly what I am interested in. I shall be pleased to become a regular visitor :)

  • Frederick Malouf

    Wow, gentlemen. Brilliant.

My BFI is about 28-30%. I have changed my diet completely (except coffee) but still not losing. Not enough muscle.

I am back on the beach, running on sand, letting my body talk to me and get what I know I had achieved before: losing loads of weight in a month, but I failed because I did not want to exert myself.

The transformation in 3 months is astonishing. I’m back on board, and gonna kick ass! :)

BTW, Japan is an awesome place to make the journey happen. The food (and the women) are amazing!
