Day 805: A Message For Dougal And Shari
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
I’d like to dedicate today’s post to two Shredders.
First, I was saddened to hear that my long-time online friend, Dougal from Mind Body Superfit will going back to hospital to remove the “hardware” out of head and spine from a previous operation. My and my fellow Shredders’ thoughts are with you Dougal and we trust we’ll see you back in action soon mate.
To send Dougal some positive vibes go to his Road Less Travelled Post
I’d also like to send a big shout-out to Shari from Fit At Fifty Blog who has kick-started 2009 with a bang! Shari has announced her new Mission (Fine In ’09!) following the RTP Transformation System and has also got some other great news that she shared on her blog!
Check out Shari’s Day 1 of Fine In ’09 to find out more.
Until tomorrow…
Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CP
P.S. My computer is finally staying alive for more than 5 minutes at a time. Thank you Retro for your advice mate, it worked a treat!

Day 803: Video Milestone- 100,000 Views Of The Six-Pack Verdict
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
Breaking news…Today my Day 137: M2 Judgement Day video passed 100,000 total views on YouTube!
This video documents the “intense” 24 hours over the end of Mission 2 when I held a public vote on whether my mid-section qualified as a six-pack! You can watch the video below to see how the events unfolded in real time!
Day 137: M2 Judgement Day – Six Pack Verdict
Original YouTube Description: 94 Responses from 22 Countries over 12 hours to my public vote on my blog as to whether my midsection qualifies as a six-pack. At stake is my $1500 pre-paid trip to Phuket. The following takes place on March 24, 2007. Events occur in real-time.

In other news…Over the last 3 days my computer has been crashing big time. On average I am rebooting about 20 times every hour. I’m not sure why this has been the case but I think it may have to do with the recent installed update to my Mac OS (10.4 – Update 008). And when my computer isn’t crashing my browser and other apps more or less crash at the drop of a hat! The only way around it is to basically have only 1 app open at any one time and hope it last longer than 5 minutes!
If anyone else is experiencing the same thing (running the same system) please let me know of any workarounds you have discovered to get your computer running smoothly, I would very much appreciate that!
Until tomorrow…

Day 800: Time Flies…
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
Amazingly, it has now been 800 days since I started this real time physique transformation accountability project! While I did have a feeling early on during Mission 1 that my physique transformation attempt was the “real deal” I could never have predicted I’d still be here 800 days later. Time really does fly when you are having fun!
I feel more “alive” now than at any time in my 20’s. For the first time in my life I’m actually looking forward to seeing what shape (physically and mentally) I can be in when I hit my 40’s!
In the short term, I’m really looking forward to finally releasing the 8-years in the making RTP Transformation System, ShredderSphere 2.0 (currently in “pre-release” mode with my long-time Shredder friends who are making great progress!) and kicking off Mission 6 (this will be a biggie!). I’d also like to say a massive thank you to all my Fellow Shredders who have been a massive source of inspiration and support since we first came together over a year ago.
The future does look very bright, 2009 will officially go down as The Year Of The Shred where many Shredders break through in a massive way and hit their own personal physique transformation goals. In fact, I anticipate many Shredders will make a full-blooded transformation by March of this year!
Until tomorrow…

Day 798: Massivicity!
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
I know I have a propensity to get very excited about all things related to shredding, but what I’m about to share with you today really is massive…seriously!
If you take a look down at today’s Real Time Accountability Log you’ll notice a slightly different format than usual…That’s right! This is an Excel Spreadsheet version of the RTP Real Time Accountability Log!
But wait…it get’s even cooler! Below are 5 reasons why this new Excel version of the RTP RTA Log is massive.
5 Reasons Why The RTA Excel Log Is Massive for Real Time Accountability!
1) The meals for the current day auto-populate to the next day. This saves time and also acknowledges that we tend to eat the same meals in the same order on many days.
2) The meals for each time (e.g. Meal 1 of 6) throughout the 84 days populate a drop-down point and click menu for each additional day remaining in your Mission. This saves massive amounts of time.
For example: if you had Oatmeal & Eggs on Day 1 – Meal 1, Protein Powder Banana Shake on Day 2 – Meal 1, then on Day 3 there is a drop-down alphabetical menu for both items! (i.e. Oatmeal & Eggs, and Protein Powder Banana Shake)
3) The DAS (Daily Accountability Score) adds up automatically according to the Yes/No answers.
4) The CAS (Cumulative Accountability Score) adds up automatically as well AND gives you an overall accountability compliance percentage for all completed days of your Mission.
5) Now you can practice real time accountability the RTP Way by taking a screen capture image of your Excel Sheet and inserting that image into your blog posts (like mine below)! A super easy and time efficient way of holding yourself accountable in real time and creating a ton of “positive pressure” in the process!
N.B. This Excel Real Time Accountability Log has been distributed to all Shredders inside ShredderSphere 2.0 and will be included in the RTP Transformation System!
Stay tuned…a release date for this 8 years in the making body transformation system will be announced very soon.
Until tomorrow…
Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT
P.S. Massivicity™ is a trade mark of Tom Venuto, author of the hot new book, The Body Fat Solution. Tom invented this word when we were discussing some earth-quakingly massive things via email!
P.S.S. I’d like to give a big shout-out to two new Shredders, Mat from Get-Up Again and Murph from Fighting Irishman. Shred hard guys and I look forward to seeing you hit your physique transformation goals…in real time!

Day 796: Carlos Hits The "Go Button"!
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
A seismic event occurred today…my very good friend and mentor, 1985 World Champion Natural BodyBuilder Carlos DeJesus has officially gone “live” with his new Blog!
What’s even more amazing is that Carlos already has 10 comments…on his first ever blog post! However, when you see Carlos’ ability to make words jump off the page and give you a dose of truth serum you’ll understand why Carlos already has such a large following online.
Check out Carlos’ first ever post here: The Fitness Herald – Hidden Truths (10 comments).
I look forward to reading more about the inner workings and thought processes from this World Champion in bodybuilding… and life. I have a strong feeling that Carlos will make a big impact in the online fitness community with his “voice of reason” and ability to cut to the chase.
Welcome Carlos…exciting times ahead!
GYB,
AJ
