Day 811: Dodgy Oatmeal?

By

G’day Shredders,

I’m officially back in action! The last couple of days have been a “little” challenging.

First, I got an extreme bout of food poisoning that put me out of action for most of yesterday. As you may know this is not the first time I have had food poisoning (putting it mildly! Day 73: No Picture Today ; Day 223: Food Poisoning Will Not Stop Me; Day 370: I Got Food Poisoning Again! and Day 441: Dodgy Salmon!)

The weirdest thing about this bout was the fact that there was no salmon involved! In fact, the only thing I can put this bout with food poisoning down to is dodgy oatmeal, which doesn’t make any sense to me. How can oatmeal go off?! Anyway, all is well now, so that’s the main thing.

Secondly, I’m sorry to say, my computer has been driving me crazy! I have had this computer since Day 74: I’m Fixed And So Is My Computer! (Pics here) and it has been a dream to run that entire time…except for the last 10 days! I tried a workaround last week, which I thought was successful, but ultimately that did not fix the problem. It is now getting to the point where it is almost unusable, I’m gonna have to get an expert to take a look at it asap.

In the meantime, I have completely finished my 8-Years in the making, and 8 months in the writing, RTP Transformation System! There are only a couple of things left to do now before the RTP TS goes live…phew, a day I sometimes thought would never come! The actual writing of this book is a story all by itself, one day I’ll tell you all about it.

Until tomorrow…

Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Cheers,

Adam Waters, NESTA-CP

P.S. To mark the countdown to Mission 6 kick-off I’m now going side-by side with my daily pics. Here’s the reason why, for M6 I have a new twist on daily accountability that will blow your mind…just wait til you see it!

P.S.S. Provided my computer doesn’t have a complete meltdown I will be back to daily posting now (Since I have also finished writing my book!)

P.S.S.S. I got a funny feeling that Mission 6 will be the wildest one yet! Stay tuned…

Good to see you back in action, Adam, and glad to know you got through that bout of food poisoning.

Funny how computers can help us so much, and yet drive us crazy from time to time. What’s happened to it? You don’t get too many viruses on Macs, do you?

Excited to see what you’re planning for Mission 6!

G’day Suzette, yeah, where would we be without our computers to connect to each other! Sure would would a lonely place! You’ll be the first to know what Mission 6 is all about, it’s gonna be fun!

Thanks Bob! I haven’t measured my arms recently, but they do seem to be responding well to my current strength training. How are you your exams going mate, studying hard?!

Haha, Thanks Diane! I’m been giving my arms a pretty good workover recently! BTW, you wrote a great article recently, I can’t wait to see it published!

G’day Ron, thanks for your well wishes mate. Yeah, computers can be both our best friend and our occasional foe! I haven’t had any dramas on this iMac over the last 2 years with viruses (touch wood!) I’d really like to get to the bottom of what is going on with it now though!

PS I look forward to seeing what you have in store for your next Mission Ron, I trust it will be a biggie!
