Day 800: Time Flies…

By

G’day Shredders,

Amazingly, it has now been 800 days since I started this real time physique transformation accountability project! While I did have a feeling early on during Mission 1 that my physique transformation attempt was the “real deal” I could never have predicted I’d still be here 800 days later. Time really does fly when you are having fun!

I feel more “alive” now than at any time in my 20’s. For the first time in my life I’m actually looking forward to seeing what shape (physically and mentally) I can be in when I hit my 40’s!

In the short term, I’m really looking forward to finally releasing the 8-years in the making RTP Transformation System, ShredderSphere 2.0 (currently in “pre-release” mode with my long-time Shredder friends who are making great progress!) and kicking off Mission 6 (this will be a biggie!). I’d also like to say a massive thank you to all my Fellow Shredders who have been a massive source of inspiration and support since we first came together over a year ago.

The future does look very bright, 2009 will officially go down as The Year Of The Shred where many Shredders break through in a massive way and hit their own personal physique transformation goals. In fact, I anticipate many Shredders will make a full-blooded transformation by March of this year!

Until tomorrow…

Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Cheers,

Adam Waters, NESTA-CP

“The future does look very bright, 2009 will officially go down as The Year Of The Shred where many Shredders break through in a massive way and hit their own personal physique transformation goals.” For sure mate, 2009 will be for us a massive one in shredding actions:

We gonna overcome a fabulous shape bro! Next step starts in february, after 1months of finals I’m in the worst shape of the last 6months but I don’t worry about that, I have learnt something very important from you Adam: as long as you havn’t given up, you havn’t failed!

You seem to have a “habit” of accomplishing milestones, we may have to include that in your name. That which is in motion tends to stay in motion.

I can’t wait to actualy meet you Adam! One day, in “time” bro! Simply thank you for keeping these 800 day up. For me, as you have humbled me and included me in the “pre-release” along with your long-time shredders, I’ll finish my own full-blooded transformation “M1″ by April of this year at SS2.0, then, if it visible abs do not happen in mission 1, then my mission 2 will finish on my 33rd birthday July 23rd where I will go back to Floridia to have my cake, eat it too! and enjoy it with my own six pack of abs! I found you late November ’08, accepted your challenge and started my blog on 12/8/09, I went to the gym on 12/10, and now I haven’t looked back since. Thank you to all Shredders! You are a great blessing! Cheers, Brian going massive at myphysiquedelta.wordpress.com Let’s not form a line – We’re going “Massive” big time in 0-Nine!

Amazing job Adam. You have inspired a lot of people myself included and as I said before I am truly great full that I have found your blog and the shredders. I used to starve myself with low low restricting of under 1000 calories a day and was afraid to eat now. I am not afraid and am healthier for it. thank you for every thing. and I know you will achieve even greater things. Angie
