Day 796: Carlos Hits The "Go Button"!

By

G’day Shredders,

A seismic event occurred today…my very good friend and mentor, 1985 World Champion Natural BodyBuilder Carlos DeJesus has officially gone “live” with his new Blog!

What’s even more amazing is that Carlos already has 10 comments…on his first ever blog post! However, when you see Carlos’ ability to make words jump off the page and give you a dose of truth serum you’ll understand why Carlos already has such a large following online.

Check out Carlos’ first ever post here: The Fitness Herald – Hidden Truths (10 comments).

I look forward to reading more about the inner workings and thought processes from this World Champion in bodybuilding… and life. I have a strong feeling that Carlos will make a big impact in the online fitness community with his “voice of reason” and ability to cut to the chase.

Welcome Carlos…exciting times ahead!

GYB,

AJ

Until tomorrow…

Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Cheers,

    Thanks so much, Adam.
Thought I would throw my hat into the ring after much prompting.

Hey Superman how are you? Good to be back and online, I’ve missed you guys.
Working through your program which looks very good in completion. I see that there is no registration on the forum…are you in test phase right now? I’m looking forward to shredding with you guys this year and getting back to full strength. Enjoying the cricket are you mate?

Hi Adam, still on track with getting your book out? I think I need it lol judge for yourself from my day 1 post – getupagain.
Your a busy man but I’d really appreciate a few words of advice if you get a chance. Would it be best to treat this as a false start and drop back a stage into planning mode and blog the development of mission 1 before starting again or push on regardless with my current set up?
    Any comments are welcome.
    Thanks from Mat.

Hi Dougal, I’m doing great mate! It is great to see you in the Sphere now man, I look forward to shredding with you in ’09!

PS I’m not enjoying the cricket as much as you! The Proteas have played out of their skin mate!

G’day Mat, great job on getting started mate. There rarely is a “perfect” time to start a Mission, if I were you I’d just keep moving forward and do what you can every single day. In regards to blogging, pics, etc my new Book includes an online support community (SHredderSphere 2.0) that will help immensely with these accountability tools.
