The RTP "Manuscript"
It’s finally done! The RTP Training Program (originally written in raw “manuscript” form back on Day 584, and “road-tested over 160 days on Mission 5) has now been fully “transcribed”!
My fellow Shredders who completed RTP Group Shred 2.0 will receive the full version within 24 hours.
This includes the 84-Day Real Time Log Book where every single day’s body parts, exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, “intensity variables” and training objectives are mapped out in painstaking detail.
There is not a single doubt in my mind that this Training System will propel many, many people to a full-blooded, rapid-fire physique transformation.
Actually, I have a feeling we’ll be seeing a few Shredders make an “off the Richter” transformation about 12 weeks and one day from now!
