Day 770: Just A Quickie

G’day Shredders,

Today has been a very productive day! I set a very ambitious goal for today (edit over 110 pages of my forthcoming RTP Transformation System!) and I’m happy to report that I hit my target with a couple of hours to spare. 

Needless to say, I am pretty hammered now, so I’ll make today’s post a quickie and catch a few zzzz’s right about now…

    Hey Adam, I have just read your “Man Vs. Machine” post and It reminded me my fist Mission, when I was a beginner in training (I think that, at our current level, we are already beginners about the knowledge of hOW our body should react according to workouts..bodybuilding is a constant turnover) and when I was determinated to break down all my limits “I want to succeed, there is no limit, no surrender…” was my motto!
    The problem? that we may call “the adrenaline of change” leave us day after day when we are not able to criticise our habits..it’s right for rtp but also in all the other areas.

    Adam, I am sorry, but I have to correct your comments regarding my pushup count! I think you mistook me for someone else who increased their numbers by 3. I think it was Jason who increased his pushup numbers! I did, however, attempt to prove you correct by banging out those extra 3…but it just didn’t happen…I could only increase by 2! from 25 to 27! Those last two were hard!! thanks for the plug about my video, though! I will do another one on Christmas day to “prove” the actual increase! Thanks for the positive pressure! You Rock!
