I know this may sound like a broken record, but I have to keep saying that if it wasn't for you I wouldn't have kept going on this journey. I would have stopped a long time ago! Probably after the first 30 lbs.! I have a massize goal for August 11, 2009 which is my 40th birthday! I know with the support and accountability from you and all the shredders here that I will make my goal! Putting it out here for all your readers is great motivation and a huge PRW(powerful reason why)! How about a 40th birthday bash with all my shredder friends?!?
