Day 752: Suzette Hits 600 Days!

Today is a momentous day for my very good friend (who I met in person back in March 2008 in New York!), Suzette from Quest For Success Blog. That’s right! Suzette cracked a major milestone today, 600 days of shredding and blogging!
Congratulations Suzette, you have displayed remarkable dedication, persistence and patience throughout your weight loss journey. Not only have you lost a stunning 79 lbs. over your journey, you have also managed to keep the weight off for a very long period of time (often the hardest part of all).
You have also been a rock of support and a fountain of positivity for all Shredders by selflessly giving of your time and and energy in posting encouraging comments on our blogs. You are a real life, real time success story who is an inspiration to many Shredders and blog readers the world over.
Thank you Suzette, I look forward to seeing you hit your Mission 40 Dream Body on August 11, 2009!

Adam, I am deeply touched by your kind words today! I never thought I would make it this far in my weight loss journey! I know this may sound like a broken record, but I have to keep saying that if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t have kept going on this journey. I would have stopped a long time ago! Probably after the first 30 lbs.! I have a massize goal for August 11, 2009 which is my 40th birthday! I know with the support and accountability from you and all the shredders here that I will make my goal! Putting it out here for all your readers is great motivation and a huge PRW(powerful reason why)! How about a 40th birthday bash with all my shredder friends?!?

Right on Debbie! Seems like only yesterday when we were with Suzette in NYC and now it’s 230 days on, time sure does fly!
Congratulations Mike on hitting 400 days, that is a massive achievement, I’m looking forward to seeing you continue your progress on your 5th Mission.
