Day 751: Breaking News…Fuji TV Profile On Air Next Thursday!
ByG’day Shredders,
As you may recall back on Day 731 a Japanese TV Crew flew in from overseas to interview me on the 2-Year anniversary of RTP Blog.
Today, I got confirmation from the director of the Fuji TV Show, “Unbelievable”, that my story will be broadcast this Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 8:00PM!
My friend who lives in Japan said they saw a preview of this upcoming episode (including my 84 day time-lapse video) when they were watching the same show last night! They also checked the TV ratings guide for Japan and discovered that this show is the 13th highest rating show in Japan, which means there will be approximately 20,000,000 people watching!
Here is a screen capture of the preview below from Fuji TV’s website:

Until tomorrow…
Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!
Catch ya,
AJ
P.S. If you’d like to see something “unbelievable” right now check out the comments on this post from Day 715: The Daily Double Is Coming My Way (the producer of the Fuji TV show made her initial enquiry via a comment on my blog!)
P.P.S. Below is a TV clip on my weight loss story from another Japanese TV show aired back on Day 347: NHK Clip Goes Live! It will be interesting to see how the new one turns out!

Hi Mike, yeah mate, hopefully I’ll get a copy from Fuji TV in med-December some time.
G’day Suzette, me too! Also, a massive congratulations for hitting 600 days of blogging and shredding, a huge effort!
G’day Debbie, thank you! You’ll be the first to hear about it!
G’day Adam… I just caught your story on the TV. First off, amazing story mate.. great job. Actually my story starts off kinda similar to yours.. Both of us in Japan (me in Tokyo), both reaching our 30s (having failed many many times at weight loss) and deciding to reach out to Tom and the BFFM.
Tom is just nothing short of mercurial, ain’t he?. Anyways, long story short.. Oct 07 I decided to get started on my new year’s resolution (why wait until New Year’s right?). I resolved (thanks to Tom’s chapter 1) that my 30th year would be my Renaissance. A new me like Tom says You most definitely are what you eat..
Net result: Currently studying 3 Degrees, Dropped 8 Kgs, Upped Lean Muscle Mass to 68%.
The Australian in me says Congratulations Mate.. keep it up.
The Victorian in me says Mate… I guess it takes another Aussie to go one up on you..
Take care mate
Simo
Cheers mate. maybe we can get together someday and compare war stories. Just one thing mate… how did manage to make so much oatmeal while working in Osaka?
Simo
Hi Simon, Thanks for your kind words mate. SOunds like our stories are very similar mate! It is great to hear that you also have turned your life around in a massive way.
All the best Simon, shred hard mate!
