Day 747: Dougal Strikes Again!

By

G’day Shredders,

Just a quick one today as it is way past my bedtime now (burning the midnight oil on my RTP System!).

Today I’d like to thank Danny, Suzette, Celina, Diane and Angie for the great advice they gave me on yesterday’s Day 746: Blog Vs Book post regarding effective writing techniques.  I had an extremely productive writing day today using these strategies, 20 new pages of raw content complete (way above my normal batting average!)

Before I sign off today I’d like to give a very special Shredder Shout-Out to my long-time online buddy, Dougal from Mind Body SuperFit. Dougal has once again made an extremely informative and inspiring post on his Road Less Travelled Journey today. Check out Dougal’s awesome post here

Until tomorrow…

Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Catch ya,

AJ

P.S. I had to use another camera today as I couldn’t get my old faithful Olympus camera to connect via the USB (looks like I’ll have to go shopping soon!)

Adam, day 747, is significant since it reminds me of the fact that a jumbo jet needs enormous thrust and power to get off the ground and into the air…once at cruising altitude it cuts back this enormous power and is able to use existing momentum to get to it’s destination which it does quite easily. Sounds pretty much like our transformation efforts doesn’t it. Once we have got everything in place and are up and running all we have to do is keep doinmg what we are doing to get to our destination.
Thank you very much for the heads up for my post… I greatly appreciate that with all your own pressure you have time to visit my blog. Good on you mate.
BTW did you see the hiding we gave the poms on saturday. Whoa.

G’day Dougal, I was actually thinking of how I could use the Day 747 angle, but you summed it up perfectly mate! I did see the Boks carved up England, wish I could say the same for the Aussie League team in the World Cup! (We lost it for the first time since 1975, against NZ!)
