=====================================================

G’day Shredders,

Welcome to Day 6 of RTP Group Shred 2.0!

Today I’d like to continue yesterday’s topic of “eating clean” during the holiday season. These are times that can really test our “nutritional fortitude” and perhaps “break our run” of clean eating if we are not mentally and physically prepared for the temptations that may come our way.

In today’s video from Group Shred 1.0 I outline my $1,000,000 chocolate cake scenario and how you can make “progressive nutritional discipline” work for you over the coming holiday season (I actually went on to write a well-recieved exclusive article on this concept for Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Inner Circle!)

Until tomorrow…

Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

We will never surrender.

    Turning down a cool million – now that’s some resolve!

    Thanks for the shout-out. :)

  • Lynda

    I would really have to think hard about that million. Chocolate really calls my name, especially American chocolate cake. Glad there´s none in Spain.

    Hi Lynda, thankfully it would not have been an American chocolate cake (Just a small Japanese one!) I saw those in the States, and they are massive!
