I think I am getting to the point of not caring what other people think…especially the ones that don’t have a clue as to what it is I am doing. All they see is me going from a fat girl to a “skinny” girl…”oh Suzette, you don’t need to lose anymore weight!” I don’t think they understand the concept of “adding” muscle.
You have indeed “Expected Success!” and have gotten what you expect!
I AM empowered to finally go after my goals…fitness and nonfitness! this IS so Worth it!!
    loved today’s video!

I love today’s vdieo and I want to hack the matrix. In fact: To not care what other people say is a mgic bullet when it comes to everything, it gives you the freedom to decide on your own and have a REAL, genuine PRW. A PRW which will be accomplished.

    You look great today. Juli

You’re so right, Adam. I forgot all about the Day 4 feeling and this video. I was just blogging about feeling “skinny” and said to my friend at coffee today, “I think everything is possible.” I guess that makes you either the Oracle or our Morpheus. :)

Adam, thanks for starting this shred. The energy it has created around the boards is fantastic!

So many times we wonder what people are thinking of us and usually the answer is nothing. They’re not thinking of us at all, they’re thinking of themselves. Not that it’s bad, it’s just human nature. I try to teach my children not to be so self-conscious and it’s not an easy task.

Adam, today I can relate to this statement you made “When your body is transforming before your eyes it fills you with so much confidence and opens up a whole new world of possibilities in your mind. There is nothing else like it!”
I’ve NEVER been more stoked and focused like I am now!

Feeling good! Everyone is so right about not caring what other people think… most people don’t have a CLUE about body composition. They just wanna be skinny. Who cares if you look good in your clothes, but look like a sag bag when you take them off! Love your video’s. They are motivating and fill us all with the confidence we need to move forward on our Shred Journey.

Adam.. now, that is a six pack! look at your abs… energy is so up right now in the air.. and your the leader.. look at your results in what? how many days since you were feeling a little bit sick… well… I can’t wait to see the final results!

  • Danny

Lol, i guess tha self conciousness shoukd be a good thing for overweight people.
Before i started all this i wasnt self-concious at all. And that only added to the problem, lol.
If i went to the beach or took by shirt off to reveal my fat belly, i never minded.
My attitude simply was, that i could do anything really. Its nt like i would see any of them ever again, lol.
I guess some self conciousness would have helped there a bit to motivate me, lol.

Looking great adam. Your deffinetely beating M4 results right now! Your left bicep and abs look overly ripped today!
    Shred on mate

Hi Suzette, your comment is very insightful and empowering. We do “receive” what we “expect” and focus on most of the time, and yes this is so worth it!

  • http://www.rtp-blog.com Adam Waters

Hi Juli, that’s right, not living in fear of what other people think is the magic bullet. This can also impact other areas of our lives as well, which is sometimes the best part!

  • http://www.rtp-blog.com Adam Waters

haha Christy! Wow, the Oracle! Now that is big time!

  • http://www.rtp-blog.com Adam Waters

Hi Debbie, what you said here is so spot on I believe:

“So many times we wonder what people are thinking of us and usually the answer is nothing. They’re not thinking of us at all, they’re thinking of themselves. Not that it’s bad, it’s just human nature. I try to teach my children not to be so self-conscious and it’s not an easy task.”

Very wise words Debbie, thank you for sharing.

Hi Diane, that is awesome to hear you are on fire! Also because you initiated this 2.0 Shred from your comment last week!
