Day 716: My First Double Down!

G’day Shredders,

Today I got in the first of many “Double Shreds” coming my way over the next 2 weeks. I did two sessions of cardio (morning and afternoon) and felt surprisingly good during my second session of “Steady State” cardio.

Now I’m off to hit my PT Course study books, and to ponder an idea…

  1. Holy C! You’re looking like you’ve added a lot of mass. Awesome sir. My story though has been one of starts and stops due to some or the other reason (latest one being, my ankle having been sprained majorly). Really frustrating :(

  2. Oh man, you can’t leave me hangin like that LOL! Is you’re weight increasing through this mission? I know you are losing fat, but you look like you are getting some serious muscles built up! Shred on brother.
