Day 715: The Daily Double Is Coming My Way

G’day Shredders,

I’m completely spent from my Personal Training Course study, training sessions and web site building. However, I am really enjoying my Aussie PT Course study, especially anatomy and biomechanics…the human body really is an amazing invention! 

Now that I am back close to full strength I’m gearing up the for the final Mission 5 Shred…2 weeks (minimum) of “Double Training” and/or “Double Cardio.”  I will also get stricter with my nutrition here on out as well as I zero in on my sub-5% bodyfat target…whatever it takes!

You have def. transformed your body and I’m sure your attitude in the process…you look great, and thanks agian for being my best mentor in this field.   13. Hi Diane, my start date is Mon Oct 28 as that will be 2 weeks out from my deadline. You may be onto something here…I’ll give it some serious thought today and act quickly!
