Day 715: The Daily Double Is Coming My Way

G’day Shredders,

I’m completely spent from my Personal Training Course study, training sessions and web site building. However, I am really enjoying my Aussie PT Course study, especially anatomy and biomechanics…the human body really is an amazing invention! 

Now that I am back close to full strength I’m gearing up the for the final Mission 5 Shred…2 weeks (minimum) of “Double Training” and/or “Double Cardio.”  I will also get stricter with my nutrition here on out as well as I zero in on my sub-5% bodyfat target…whatever it takes!
