Day 691: The Birds Are Chirping!

By

G’day Shredders,

This morning something surreal happened…I could hear the sound of birds chirping as I woke up!

This is such a pleasant change to what I was accustomed to back in Japan, 24/7 traffic on the main drag out the front of my apartment! For the first time in a long time I am now able to sleep the night through without being woken up by a passing truck or motorbike.

This is a great thing, as quality of REM sleep, rest and recovery play a massive role in physique transformation success!

Before I sign off today I’d like to tip my hat to Mark: Journey To 185 for finishing his 10K run and beating his previous best by 10 minutes!

P.S. My Real Time Accountability Log is a little “stitched” together today as my laptop screen is not large enough to take one full screencap.

P.P.S. Thank you Shredders for your massive welcome home comments to yesterday’s Day 690: Back Down Under post! In today’s pic you can see the welcome home sign my nephews greeted me at the airport with last week!

Until tomorrow…

Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Catch ya,

Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

Tis great to hear the birds without the “background” noise of traffic and city life. I love being in the country. God’s country!

Adam, we sometimes take for granted how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful country. Thanks for reminding me how lucky we are.

Birds are so important in living the *good* life. Just another perk to being back at home. Know they are all thrilled to see you daily!

Funny how yesterday while I was at Mt.Coot-tha I also took notice of the many birds there. You really are in a lucky country, Adam!
