Adam, it is amazing looking back and seeing how we were, not only in our physiques but also in our mindset. You have indeed grown and improved much in the past 3 years! Thanks for your continued inspiration to me and so many in the world! Have a safe trip back HOME!

I agree. Big difference in you in that video and the you of today. What a great vehicle the video and photos are to show history and how far you've come.
Welcome Julie!

Hey Adam, you are a mastre-piece example for transformation. This video makes it clear again. What an inspiration.

It's kind of funny to watch this 2005 video. It takes a few moments to get used to it: I hear your voice, but I see another person.
At the end of the day I think we all have these "failures" in common. But as you point out, that's not a reason to stop. We learned our lesson each and every time and took it with us. It defines what we know today. Just think about swimming for example. You don't just jump into the water and start to swim, you will need several attempts to do it, and maybe a little help from others. That's clear to all of us. So why do we expect to start a physique transformation and to succeed or fail without second or third try? If it would be that easy we would live in a perfect world. Keep trying and learning and eventually you will succeed.
I don't regret my failures and mistakes of the past. They made me who I am today.

If not for the voice, it really looks like another person there in 2005! I agree, though the voice is the same, the level of confidence in your voice was raised many notches.
