Day 675: Kel's Birthday & How To Join The Shredder Blog Roll
ByG’day Shredders,
Today is a very special day…my sister’s birthday! Have a great day Kel and thank you for your awesome support and positivity in helping me through the “dark times.” You are an awesome role model and I look forward to seeing you very very soon!
Love from your big bro,
Adam
ShredderSphere & Shredder Blog Roll Admission Details
Today I’d also like to discuss the exact process by which new Shredders gain access to the Shredder Blog Roll: 30 Day Challenge and the ShredderSphere entry requirements
The Shredder Blog Roll and ShredderSphere is designed to help you in your quest for a full-blooded physique transformation via “positive pressure” and community support from like-minded Shredders.
How To Join The Shredder Blog Roll™
Step 1) For more details on how you can start your own Real Time Accountability Blog and join the Shredder Blog Roll (to be eligible for inclusion in the ShredderSphere after 30 days of consecutive blogging & shredding) go to www.RTP-VIP.com and sign up for the RTP VIP Newsletter and free report.
Step 2) Once you sign up you will receive access to an online form (after 5 days) to submit your own real time accountability blog for inclusion into the Shredder Blog Roll.
Step 3) Your new real time accountability blog will be published on RTP Blog and included in the Shredder Blog Roll links the following Shredder Sunday.
There is no monetary outlay to join RTP VIP, The Shredder Blog Roll or The ShredderSphere (if you make it in!) BUT to be successful you must have a Powerful Reason Why (PRW) coupled with a real-world Physique Transformation Knowledge Base.
With this in mind you will also receive a Free Downloadable PDF Report titled My Biggest Secret which will help you discover your PRW along with free videos and specifics on the three Physique Transformation eBooks I have personally used over Mission 1.

My Biggest Secret: Free PDF Report
Is it really possible to see results in only 28 days, create unstoppable momentum and blast through the fat loss barricade forever?
Is there really a “secret” I have kept to myself since November 8, 2006?
Is it also true that this “secret” has nothing to do with training, nutrition or supplementation?
The answer is yes…to every single question.
If so, then why have I kept this secret from you when I have virtually uploaded every other aspect of my life onto my blog since November 8, 2006?
In my Special Report, My Biggest Secret I will reveal for the first time the “secret” I have guarded since Day 1 of Mission 1 and how this secret enabled me to blast through the fat loss barricade forever.
Go To www.RTP-VIP.com to download this free report and implement this “secret” immediately.

ShredderSphere Admission & Accountability Cycles
With over 35 active bloggers in the Shredder Blog Roll, ShredderSphere and the Shredder Council I believe it is time to simplify the accountability structure for each level.
The accountability cycle for the Shredder Council and the ShredderSphere will now be calculated over each calendar month.
New admissions into the ShredderSphere and Shredder Council will take place on the first Shredder Sunday after each calendar month.
1) Shredder Blog Roll Admission:
Sign up for free at www.RTP-VIP.com and start your real time accountability blog.
2) ShredderSphere Admission:
Once you you have blogged for one calender month at a minimum accountability compliance rate of 80% in the Shredder Blog Roll you will gain admission into the ShredderSphere.
3) Shredder Council Admission:
Once you have completed a 100-day period of blogging (and hard-core shredding!) with a minimum daily picture accountability compliance rate of 95% you will be eligible for entry into the Shredder Council Online Boardroom.
Important: Each month you will see movement between The Shredder Council and The ShredderSphere. No person is “cut” from a level, rather each Shredder is in 100% control of their own destiny and completely free to decide at which level they would like to participate.
Shredder Tips & Requirements
ShredderSphere Tip:
Save Time With An RSS Reader
Use an RSS Reader to stay up to date with all the latest blog posts from your Fellow Shredders. This tip will save you a ton of time because you can read all blog posts and comments (and make comments) from within one stand-alone RSS Reader.
The RSS Reader I use and recommend is a free application called Net News Wire by News Gator. This company has RSS Readers for both Windows and Mac.
Once you have an RSS Reader, then it is a simple matter of subscribing to each individual RSS feed provided by each Shredder. For blogs hosted onBlogger you will find the RSS Feed link at the bottom of each home page by default (called “Posts Atom”).
Example: The RSS Feed for RTP Blog 2.0 is http://rtpblog2.wordpress.com/feed/
*If you have an RSS Reader you’d like to recommend just drop a comment in this post.
ShredderSphere Requirement:
Setting Up Your Own Shredder Blog Roll
One of the core philosophies of the ShredderSphere is to increase “positive pressure” via real time accountability. The “positive pressure” each Shredder feels (to get the job done) is usually in direct proportion to the amount of visitors they receive to their blogs.
In order to achieve this goal we need a traffic distribution network that gives every Shredder an equal opportunity to receive traffic (and give traffic).
The simplest way to achieve this is for each Shredder to set up their own Blog Roll, exactly the same as what I have in my sidebar, i.e. Shredder Council 2.0; ShredderSphere 1.0 and Shredder Blog Rolls.
If you are a new Shredder who has not done this yet I highly recommend you do as you will create a much tighter bond with your Fellow Shredders.
In order to be admitted to the ShredderSphere you must have your fellow Shredders linked in your own Blog Roll exactly the same as what I have in my sidebar, i.e. Shredder Council 2.0; ShredderSphere 1.0 and Shredder Blog Rolls.
Examples Of Shredders With Correct Blog Roll Links
Below are examples of new Shredders who have set up their Shredder Blog Rolls correctly and will be eligible for ShredderSphere admission.
- Alex: Natural For Life Blog
- Juan: Lean For Life Blog
- Danny: Physique Improvement Blog
- Mark: Journey To 185 Blog
- Larry: Journey of Body Recomposition
- Ron: My Transformation Blog
Until tomorrow…

Look at those abs coming through!
You’re doing great, Adam, and you should be proud – even more, you should be proud of the Shreddersphere and everything it does to support people like myself who need that positive community.
Rock on, brother!
Thank you Mark for leading by example in the ShredderSphere with your support, positivity and setting up your Shredder Blog links correctly. The community is only as strong as the members who contribute and you are doing an awesome job of that!
Shred on man!
Happy Birthday Kel!!! Have a great one!
Happy Birthday, Kel! Having support from our siblings is so empowering! You have certainly empowered Adam along his journey!
Happy Birthday, Kel. Adam, you are looking awesome. The Quad Blaster is truly shaping your quads. I have a surprise in store for everyone at the end of my mission. Good luck with the move and all.
Happy Birthday KEL…is that Kelly? How lucky you are to have a big brother like Adam. And Adam…what are *The Dark Times* ? You are scaring me with that dismal discription. Whatever it is, I wish you all *Happy Times* from now on. For sure!
Lynda
Thanks so much Adam for a lovely birthday message and to everyone for your comments! We had an awesome day (my husbands birthday too!). Adam it is truly a joy and a pleasure to travel this life journey with you as my brother and my friend.
Love Kel.
My comment earlier, doesn’t seem to have taken…
Happy birthday Kel!
Thank you Lilla and Suzette for sending your birthday wishes to my sis!
G’day Michael, thanks for your compliment mate, looking forward to seeing your mission surprise mate!
Hi Lynda, sorry for the dismal description! Happy times are here now, and here to stay!
Sweet words from yout sis! You’re one day closer to home mate! (the word “mate” was used as a tribute to your homeland, not as a goofy American trying to sound like an Outback Steakhouse commercial!)
My blogroll is now compliant. I am looking forward to watching it grow.
Eric
Hi Kel, a big happy birthday to you!
