I'd love to get into that rhythm of just eating vaguely the same thing each day, it really takes food from 'living through the tongue and the brain rewards' to what it ought to be, a fuel, pure and simple. Two years coming up. Well done mate. Can't turn back now, most embarrassing thing ever for adam waters to get fat again.

Hi RMF, regarding water temperature please check comments in this previous post
http://rtpblog2.wordpress.com/2008/09/04/day-666-freaky/
My tuna is water-packed in cans consisting of 18 grams of protein each. You are right, there are risks associated with eating fish just like other forms of meat (salmonella in chicken, BSE in beef, etc.)

How come you have room temperature water? Why not chilled water? or warm water?
This water packed tuna and the tuna salad? Is that canned tuna? And how many grams of tuna is it, is it a small tin a large tin?
What about mercury in fish?
