Day 649: RTP Shred 2.0 Goes Live & Suzette's Big Milestone

By

G’day Shredders

It is time to put my RTP Transformation System to a full 12-week public test. Over the next 84 days I will follow the RTP Transformation System exactly as I have laid it out on paper.

Starting tomorrow I will include my Day 1 picture from RTP Shred 2.0 (today’s picture) as my daily before picture. This comparison will increase the “positive pressure” on me to make incremental progress on a daily basis for the duration of 84-day duration of RTP Shred 2.0

Ok, time for me to get some recovery sleep…

Congratulations Suzette!

Before I sign off today I’d like to send a massive congratulations to Suzette from Quest For Success Blog for hitting a major milestone today: 500 days of blogging and shredding!

Thank you Suzette for the support and encouragement you have tirelessly given me and the ShredderSphere over the last 500 days. Here’s to Day 600!

Check out Suzette’s Day 500 post here!

Until tomorrow…

Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Catch ya,

AJ

P.S. I’d also like to congratulate Mark from Shredder Project on the birth of his son. I imagine Mark must be over the moon right now! To see a picture of Mark’s baby boy go to his Mark: Shredder Project Blog Day 35.

Go Adam! We’ll all be watching you get to the best shape of your life.

    Hi Adam,

I’ve read about the different body types and as I discovered, I fit into the “endomorph” type. I think I have about 80% endomorph and 20% mesomorph since my body is not all over “thick”. I was wondering if you could shed some light on nutrition and which would be best to use in my case. I’ve tried almost any kind of diet you can think of and I have to be honest, I have no clue which foods I should combine in my daily routine.

I want to start correctly when I start in September. My apologies for posting here, but I don’t know where else on your blog to post.

BTW, I think you’re a great inspiration for all of those who want a definite change in their lives when it comes to a healthier lifestyle.

Thanks Ron, you are in great shape too mate to make a massive transformation on your Mission 1.

Hi Doreen, I believe we may have the “endomorph” body type in common. During my 6 years “in the wilderness” I had a classic endomorph shape. For me personally the best foods I can eat are macro-nutrient food sources with a high Thermic Effect. The best examples of foods that work best for me can be seen in my daily accountability plan, tuna, chicken and salmon for protein; oatmeal and brown rice for starchy carbs, fibrous carbs like vegetables and salads and essential fatty acids (contained in fish).

While it is difficult to know what will work best for you (or what you have tried previously) I believe a nutrition plan consisting of these high TEF foods will produce results for most people (as long as you are in a caloric deficit).

    I trust this helps,

P.S. The forthcoming RTP Transformation System goes into much more depth about Nutrition design.
