Day 640: I Can't Wait Any Longer!

By

G’day Shredders,

I have decided to get this “reveal” over and done with one day early. I’d rather play this game “out in the open” from here on out as my best results always seem to come when I put my “body on the line.”

With that said, I do believe “reveals” have their place for relatively short periods of time as they create “positive pressure” to get the job done and reveal progress.

While it can be difficult to be objective about yourself (especially when you take pics everyday!) I can see improvement in my quads (thanks Carlos DeJesus and his awesome Quad Blaster!) and some improvement in my ab region. I still have more work to do to regain my “Mission 4 chest” but I feel that is not too far away.

On the plus side I do feel confident of hitting my best shape ever by Mission 5 Judgement Day on November 8, 2008 (the 2 year anniversary of RTP Blog).

I will start RTP Shred 2.0 on August 18, 2008 using the full 12-week RTP Transformation System training and nutrition program with the specific goal of blowing my M4 results off the map!

Catch ya,

AJ

Thank you Shredders for your kind words of encouragement, I’m overwhelmed by your support. It is times like these when I have to pinch myself! I will continue working on building my best physique ever over the next 12 week shred and do my best to share my experience with you on this blog.

    Shred on Shredders!

P.S. This week’s edition of Shredder Sunday will be slightly delayed (but it will be up before Sunday is over US Time.)
