Important News About Brian

On a very serious note, I have just received a comment on yesterday’s post from Brian’s wife Vicki. Brian has been involved in a car accident leaving his gym and has suffered a head injury.
Dear Mr Waters,
My name is Vicki. I am Brian’s wife. I didn’t know how to let you know. Brian was in a severe accident. He was walking out of the gym and was struck by a car going way too fast in the parking lot. I just wanted to touch base and let you know. You have been a real inspiration to him. He has suffered a head injury and the doctors say it is sketchy. Please keep him in your prayers. He loves this place, he would visit it everyday. I am hoping that he will be able to get back to what he loves. Thank you for your time.
I am extremely saddened to hear this news about Brian and I will be praying for his speedy recovery. My thoughts are with you Vicki at this very difficult time.

So Sorry to hear about Brian! Wishing him a speedy recovery.
On a separate note, I wanted to thank all of you for your kind comments and support over the past 56 days. My initial goal was to see if I could blog for 30 days and make it into the Shreddersphere. I have done that and learned so much along the way. I have decided to discontinue my blogging for now, but will continue my BFL program. I will continue on my journey to physical fitness, and wish all of you the very best along your paths! Best wishes to all-Meredith
