It’s been a while. I’m glad to see that you’re doing well. There has been so much action in the sphere lately, it’s great to have so many new bloggers on board !

I wanted to ask a HUGE favor of you:

I have a really good friend who has just started blogging daily, and taking weekly pictures as well. He goes to the same school as me and we work out together on a daily basis. He is just starting out with all this and could really use a ton of encouragement. I figure who else but the man himself ! It would be great if you could, at your convenience, drop by and say hello / kick him in the butt a little. He’s losing steam and I feel that if anyone on this planet you could help motivate him.

I would appreciate it so much. He is a real good guy. I wouldn’t ask for this if I didn’t think so, and if I didn’t see potential in him to succeed.
