Day 612: Patience by Michael Mahony
ByG’day Shredders,
Today I’d like to draw your attention to a blog post made by Michael: Fat Burning Machine Blog, a member of the Shredder Council™.
Michael’s recent post discusses one of the most overlooked variables of a successful physique transformation, patience! In this day and age of “quick fix” it is refreshing to hear a fellow Council member discuss the importance of patience (and discipline).
I agree with Michael’s assessment regarding patience due to my own experience spending 6 years “in the wilderness” with a multitude of “failed” attempts to get back into shape. If I had given up after 6 years of unsuccessful attempts the chances are great you would not be reading this post right now!
I encourage you to check out Michael’s Blog Post on Patience at his Fat Burning Machine Blog.
Shred on,
AJ

Hey Adam,
yes, Michael’s post on patience was impressive and wise. All his posts, especially his recent ones make me ponder, his questions at the end of each post make me think while I train. Like a meditation about the things which really matter in life. I liked -like you- his analogy in his post.
Enjoy your Sunday,
Juli
I agree Adam, it was a great post!
I too enjoyed Michael’s post and know it’s something I need to work on.
Adam, I am honored to be the subject of your post today. Thank you so much for that. I have been throwing out alot of things lately because it is how I feel. I had no idea that others would be inspired by what I was thinking/writing. I basically write what is on my mind at the time and let it all hang out. Thanks again!
Yes, Michael has some good material on his blog. And have you seen his new header? It’s impressive!
good stuff!
