Day 595: Burning The Midnight Oil

By

G’day Shredders,

Another day, another 16 hours spent putting the final touches on my upcoming RTP Transformation System!

N.B. My primary objective in building and codifying this transformation system is to give current (and potential) Shredders the specific mindset, accountability, training and nutrition tools I have personally used over the last 595 days in an easy to follow step-by-step system.

Pressure And Time

While this project was originally conceived over a year ago it is the pressure of time (self-imposed deadline for completion fast approaching!) that is now forcing me to knuckle down and finish the job. Isn’t it amazing how that works?

Thank You

Whilst I’m on the topic of time I’d like to thank my Fellow Shredders for your comments to yesterday’s Day 594: Time post. I believe we have only scratched the surface on how powerful this component is in a full-blooded physique (and life) transformation. This is definitely a topic I’ll explore further in the near future.

Cheers,

AJ

Pressure and time–two awesome forces that drive you to complete goals and meet deadlines. I’m lucky enough to be getting some advice from a great mentor at the moment and positive pressure is one technique we talk about alot. Thanks for all your hard work and your dedication to the Shredder community. We are very lucky that your big ideas have evolved into this.

Hi Adam, I am sure that we are all eagerly anticipating your results and the final RTP program…I know I am. Would I be correct to think that you will release it sometime in August, after the August 10th…post end results?

Thanks for your kind words Michael, finding and conversing with a mentor is extremely beneficial, especially a mentor who has “been there and done that”. Keep up the great work mate.

Hi Meredith, I’m eagerly awaiting the RTP System too! Right now I have a deadline of August 1st to finish the program in written, image and video form, and August 10th is when I will post my final results from this 8-week “RTP System Shred” so I’m looking at a release date of early to mid-August. This is the plan as of now and I’m doing my best to make it happen!

Thank you for making mention of my PRW’s. That was such a fun thing to do with all the Shredders. I was telling someone we should revisit this topic in about 3 months. I think it would be interesting to see if the PRW’s have changed. Can’t wait to read about your new 8 Week Shred.

Thats a great idea Shari! I think this process would also help to keep us on track by connecting with our original PRW’s again.
