Day 583: The RTP Transformation System Comes Alive

G’day Shredders,

Yesterday I mentioned I had a major breakthrough while working on the upcoming Shredder Project.

Today I can tell you that I have finished a major component of this project…the RTP Transformation System!

This system represents 8 years of knowledge and experience in the physique transformation game and I am jumping out of my skin to put it into practice.

I firmly believe the theories and principles behind the RTP Transformation System in regards to weight training, cardio and nutrition are rock-solid (in my humble opinion!) and I have every confidence that this system will work if it is implemented exactly as it is written.

However, as you may notice from my four previous Missions documented on this blog, tangible results over a pre-determined period of time are what matter to me. While a program may look great on paper it counts for nothing if real-world application of said program does not produce visible changes to your physique within a reasonable time frame.

With this in mind I have decided to fire up the RTP Transformation System and implement an 8-Week version of this program over the next 8 weeks starting on Day 586: Monday June 16, 2008 and finishing on Day 641: August 10, 2008.

I will follow the program exactly as I have written it and document my progress on this blog via my daily pictures and a Real Time Accountability Log. My exact training and nutrition log will be documented “behind the scenes” to be revealed at a later date.

I realize this is a departure from my previously stated “Muscle Gain Mission”. However, I do have a “strength phase” built into the RTP Transformation System. The prime objective of this phase is building muscle.

In essence I now believe it is of critical importance that I have “real-world application” experience implementing the RTP Transformation System before this upcoming project goes live. The reason why is very simple, I cannot preach a system that I have not practiced or gotten results with personally.

    Adam, this is going to be great. These past 50 days that I have been undergoing my transformation, I have tried as best as I could to implement a system, based off of your blog entries, and it has worked!

    I have followed all of your guidelines/principles and the change has been amazing. I have not purchased a single book, even though I feel bad for not having purchased BFFM, Metabolic Surge, or Flatten your Abs. But the little that I have been able to garner from your posts has been very effective. Following your health/fitness ideologies to the last detail has made me a different person inside and out.

    I can only imagine how much faster/better of a transformation one would be able to achieve using the RTP Transformation System.

    The moment the RTP Transformation System is up, Ill get it (buy it even), use it, and show the world that it works.

    Like all here, I’m looking forward to seeing the official RTP program. I have lot’s of questions, not sure the most effective/fastest way to achieve my goals…your system just may be the ticket…If I can get results like you….I’ll do whatever it takes gladly.

  • I think that’s really great. I agree with doing a “run-through” of your system yourself, so that when the rest of us are doing it and have specific questions you’ll have a recent memory of what it’s like start to finish. I’m thinking I may actually be healthy enough and have my new apartment and settled and ready to do an official program by the time your your done with your trial run and it’s available to everybody. It’s perfect timing. Woo-hoo.

    Hi Meredith, thanks for your comment. I feel extremely confident that this program will produce results and it may the ticket you are looking for. One thing I can say is that training and nutrition is only 2 parts of a 7 part system, and the sum of all these parts is what I believe makes it powerful.

I think you have achieved amazing results that I can only imagine most of this world wants also.     Hi Adam, a friend directed me to your you tube video and I just thought I’d drop a note to say that I’m totally inspired!
    I’ve got 17 days to my birthday, so don’t think my transformation will be quite as dramatic, but I’ll be very happy with shedding a good 5-10lb of fats.
    Have got Venuto’s book, and will follow the program to the best of my abilities.
    Got a question for you – what protein shake do you use? I’m thinking of using a protein shake to make sure the calorie and protein intake are correct.
    Any other words of advice you have for my birthday challenge will be much appreciated too!
