About RTP Group Shred Video Time Machine

200 Days ago today the seeds were sown for the first (and only) RTP 14-Day Group Shred 1. FourteenShredders particpated in RTP Group Shred 1 as we practiced daily blog/picture accountability for 14 straight days.

As we progressed through the RTP Group Shred 1, I made a video in real time with Shredding Tips and Advice, every day for 14 days (and nearly every week for 10 weeks Shredder Council 1.0 Phase after this 14-Day Shred).

So, for the next 14 days I will upload these RTP Group Shred 1 Videos to YouTube in the hopes that it may provide actionable advice and inspiration for “Potential Shredders” to start their own Real Time Physique Transformation Journeys.
