Very strange to see this old video! I was on board too but thinking maybe I didn’t tell you until the next day.

I cannot hardly believe it’s been 200 days.

Wow! So awesome to see that Day One roll call. I agree with Suzette, my life has not been the same since. I can remember the nerves and excitement. I’m so glad that I commented on your blog and just jumped in and joined you and all your loyal shredders. Being part of this community really took a difficult time that I had with my health and LITERALLY TRANSFORMED IT into healing experience.

one thing that stuck in my mind was your comment about how we will never be the same after this…and we haven’t. so many great things happening that I never imagined I would be a part of, not only in a physical sense but mental and other ways. So glad I stepped up and took the challenge!
