Day 546: Phuket Time Machine – Redemption, Reveal & Vote!

G’day Shredders,

For today’s post I’ll fire up the RTP Time Machine and go back in time 400 days to Day 146: Phuket Action Pix!

A Big “Reveal” Coming Soon…

There is a very good reason why I am bringing up this 3 Step Redemption, Reveal & Vote Method today and it has to do with a Mystery RTP Event that will take place soon.

I will discuss this event in depth over the coming weeks…this is a biggie!

However, first I’ll give you a little background on Mission 2 and how my Redemption, Reveal & Vote Method worked in order to stoke your fire for what I will be “revealing” on this blog soon!

This Phuket trip was the result of 6 months planning and execution which culminated in a public vote on Day 136: Voting Is Open Now as to whether my midsection constituted a six-pack.

2) Vote

As you can also see from the M2 Six-Pack Verdict video below I increased the “positive pressure” further by implementing a “Reveal” 10 days out.

3) Redemption!

However, the overriding theme of Mission 2 was “Redemption” as you can see from the “merged image” below. These two images were taken at the same spot 7 months apart.

I visualized this Redemption Experience every single day throughout M2. The Redemption Theme is an extremely powerful driver that can propel you to post results greater than you ever thought possible.

In fact, I was discussing this very topic with Tom Venuto when I was in New York and he agreed, as he has used the Redemption Model successfully to come back and claim victory at a Natural Bodybuilding Contest.

Day 146: Phuket Action Pix (Excerpt)

G’day,

Well, I have finally got my action pix from Phuket down to a reasonable file size.

On the second last day, me and my German friends did a Patong jungle tour which included rock climbing, abseiling, rope walking, jungle trekking and a ride on a flying fox.

This was my favourite part of my whole trip because it is the first time in 7 years that I could even contemplate doing these kinds of intense activities (in 40 degree heat!).

I always used to be limited by my previously obese body as to what I could do on holiday tours…NOT anymore! It felt especially awesome to be able go rock climbing, as it is something I have always wanted to do.
