Day 539: Council 2.0 Explained
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
Since I still don’t have access to RTP Blog 1.0 there may be some people who are a little confused as to what “The Council 2.0 Shred” is all about and how the candidates were selected.
N.B. I did discuss the forthcoming Council 2.0 and ShredderSphere 2.0 in great depth back on Shredder Sunday #10, Day 528: April 20, 2008.
Two Community Sites Will Go Live Soon
In this post I also included screenshots of two community sites that will encompass both Council 2.0 and ShredderSphere 2.0 Members, seen below.
N.B. As it currently exists in both 1.0 Versions there is no monetary outlay to join the Council 2.0 or the ShredderSphere 2.0 However, it is not “free” to join these communities, there are certain “requirements” to be met that in reality “cost” more than money. Paying a few dollars a month to join these sites would actually be the “easy” way in.

In this Day 528 Blog Post on RTP Blog 1.0 I also outlined the history of Shredder Council 1.0 and gave one week’s advance notice that Council 2.0 qualification would take place in the 28-Day period between April 28, 2008 and May 25, 2008.
Before I discuss the exact “requirements” to be a Council Candidate I want to make a few things very clear.
In The Beginning…
I do this because I love to do it, this is my life. I am still amazed at what has transpired in the last 539 days since I started my RTP Blog alone (and somewhat depressed) in my one-bedroom apartment in downtown Osaka.
What makes it even more “unbelievable” is that I had most of these ideas 8 years ago but failed over and over again throughout the six year period from 2001 to 2006 to follow through.
“Secret” Video From 2005
Below is one of many “secret” videos from my vault. This video was recorded in May 2005 and was to be another “failed” attempt at a physique transformation.
[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6rBQF6lSXQ]
The truth is that I always had a clear vision of where I wanted to go with this but I just couldn’t get the job done for a variety of reasons (translation: excuses).
2000 Hours Invested Into RTP Blog
While my focus in the early days was just getting through each day so I could get the job done on Mission 1 what has happened since Day 1, November 8, 2006 has not been by accident. This blog represents 8 years of brainstorming, planning and implementation through a ton of trial and error.
I have invested over 2000 hours into training, eating right, mindset, blogging, taking pictures, making videos and designing Group Shred Events. *According to the late Gary Halbert it takes 10,000 hours to achieve mastery in any one discipline so I still have a long way to go yet.
The Original Group Shred
Since the end of Mission 3 I have also done my best (with the time I had available) to motivate and move people into massive action on their physique transformation goals.
I honestly could not have predicted that I would connect with so many great people I admire and respect when we started the Original Group Shred, but great things can happen when people come together for a common cause.
However, I also have a firm belief that we are all individuals and as such, we are all free conduct our lives and specifically our physique transformation journeys the way we feel is congruent with our lifestyles, personality and available time.
The Are No “Rules” In The ShredderSphere
There are no “rules” in The ShredderSphere. You are completely free to document your journey in the best way you see fit.
I am not “the boss”, I am the same as you in this way, my “tools” are a gym membership, a supermarket, a digital camera, a computer and a blogging service (sometimes!).
Up till recently I had a full-time job so everything you see up to Day 492 was done as a “side project”. The majority of my time was spent at work and training.
Day 492 Video: Last Day On The Job
[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxICmaOsa4c]
How The Council Differs To The Sphere
With that said, there are “rules” for entry into The Council 2.0 because I believe we are stronger as individuals and as a group when we mastermind with like-minded people who are on a similar journey and have a “shared experience”.
The Council: Defined
Here is the definition of The Council as stated on Day 528:
The Shredder Council is an online boardroom for Council Members to mastermind and collaborate on Shredder Projects while we simultaneously (and strictly) uphold the Shredder Code of daily accountability via our Real Time Physique Transformation Blogs.
The key to making The Council an effective mastermind group is that there must be a force and a shared experience that binds us together. We must also conduct ourselves with the utmost integrity by following through on our self-promises and public commitments. There also needs to be mutual respect if we are to operate effectively as a group.
Actions Speak Louder Than Words
I firmly believe that actions speak louder than words. When you combine action with “evidence” like daily pictures/blogging to produce tangible results that have been documented on a daily basis you have a great platform to create the most important mastermind factor of all…trust.
Let’s face it, establishing trust with another person in the “real world” takes time. Creating trust in the “online world” is an order of magnitude more difficult. There is no “quick and easy way” around this fact.
The Most Important Factor
However, it is not impossible to create trust in the online world as I believe the ShredderSphere and the Original Group Shred demonstrates. It just takes time, effort and a willingness to give without the expectation that good karma “must” be returned to you.
Therefore, in order to have trust between Council 2.0 Members I believed that there were two “criteria” necessary to be a Council Candidate (one of which had to be met) which I have outlined below.
How To Join The Council In The Future
Before I get to that one final point. If you are a current member of The ShredderSphere and have a burning desire to join The Council one day my best advice is to go to each and every Council 2.0 Candidate’s Blog.
- Bec’s Blog: 217 Day Journey
- Christina’s Blog: My Modal Life
- Christy’s Blog: You Are Enough
- Debbie’s Blog: Can We Talk
- Diane’s Blog: 1-2-3 Fat Loss Solution
- Joni’s Blog: Nana Korobi Ya Oki
- Lilla’s Blog: Self-Fulfilling Prophecy
- Lynda’s Blog: 130 On My Way
- Michael’s Blog: Fat Burning Machine
- Mike’s Blog: Aussie Bodybuilder
- Suzette’s Blog: Quest For Success
Take the time to read their posts, read their archives, watch their videos and view their comments. You will notice how active they are in supporting and encouraging their Fellow Shredders.
These people have documented their journeys over a minimum of 100 days and put into action the Universal Law of Reciprocity.
Put simply, this is the kind of dedication it takes to be considered for The Council in the future. The Shredder Council is for those people who have a burning desire to take it to the next level and a minimum 100 Day track record of practicing daily picture and blog accountability, as well as supporting their Fellow Shredders.
Why 100 Days Of Consecutive Blogging Is Council “Default Mode”
The truth is, many people have come and gone since the ShredderSphere started 120 days ago. Many people have started strong but not completed their designated Missions. There seems to be a point around Day 30 to Day 50 when people stop blogging.
The reasons for this I am not sure. However, I do know that people who hit Day 100 rarely quit after that point. They have ingrained the daily accountability habit into their everyday life to the point where it becomes second nature.
As The Council is for people who have ingrained daily accountability into their lifestyles (to the point where blogging and taking daily pics is “default mode”) I believe the 100 Day Milestone is the minimum threshold point for Council Access.
I also believe that other Council Members would find it difficult to relate to someone who came into the Council on anything less than 100 days of blogging/pictures along with a documented record of supporting their Fellow Shredders via comments.
If this does describe you, there is no question that once you have clocked 100 consecutive days of daily picture/blog accountability and supported your Fellow Shredders throughout your journey you will be a candidate for The Council in the future.
Below are the exact threshold points to be a Council Candidate now and in the future.
Council 2.0 Candidate Threshold:
1) A member of Shredder Council 1.0
These were the Shredders who successfully completed the Original 12-Week Group Shred between October 26, 2007 and January 18, 2007. Group Shred 1 required daily picture/blog accountability for the first 14 days and weekly accountability for the remaining 12 weeks.

Or
2) 100 Consecutive Days Of Blogging & Supporting
A Shredder who has logged over 100 consecutive days blogging with daily pictures and has been an active member of the ShredderSphere giving encouragement and support to their Fellow Shredders via comments on their blogs. Conservatively speaking, the most active Shredders have logged over 2000 comments between them in the last 180 days.
These Shredders have demonstrated through their actions and results that they likely have what it takes to achieve the minimum monthly accountability compliance threshold of 95% to gain (and keep) a Seat At The Council.
I trust that this clarifies exactly what Council 2.0 is and how the Council Candidates were selected. If you have further questions you can post a comment to this post.

Day 538: Council 2.0 Shredders Batting At 100%!
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
What a great day! Yesterday was officially Day 1 of The Council 2.0 Shred: Official Roll Call & Mission Parameters and all Council Candidates have followed through on their pledge for daily picture/blog accountability.
Even though it is early days I already have a great feeling about this C2 Shred! So much so, that I am getting a strong sense of deja’vu from the Original 14-Day Group Shred that took place almost 200 days ago. We could almost call this a Group Shred Reunion!
C2 Video Coming Soon…
In order to do this Council 2.0 Shred justice I will be uploading a video soon (Shredder Sunday #11) to mark this important chapter in Shredder History .
Look for this video to go live within 24 hours broadcast on the RTP YouTube Channel to over 1000 subscribers (to increase the “positive pressure” and real time accountability factor!).
In the meantime I really must hit the sack as it has been a madhouse around here! I look forward to hitting all Council 2.0 Blogs tomorrow and start interacting with everyone again via comments.
Until tomorrow…
Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!
Cheers,

Day 537: Council 2.0 Shred Goes Live!
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
I am very pleased to announce that The Council 2.0 Shred is now live…with a 100% Shredder participation rate!
The Council 2.0 Page that remained “locked” for 24 hours (while pledges were gathered from the participants) is now accessible for all RTP Blog visitors to see. The Official Council 2.0 Blog Roll is now live across both RTP Blogs and will soon appear throughout the entire Council 2.0 Network.
In other words…there is no turning back now!
95% Compliance Is Now “Default Mode”
Pledges have been made to uphold the Council Vow AND achieve a minimum Daily Accountability Compliance Score of 95% for the duration of the 28-Day Shred from April 28, 2008 and May 25, 2008.
The stakes are high and the pressure is real, because awaiting those Shredders who make the cut is a Seat At The Council Boardroom!
Backstage Access Awaits Those Who Make The cut
The Shredder Council is the highest status a Shredder can attain. Council Members will receive a “backstage pass” to The RTP Nerve Center in addition to the Council Boardroom where we will mastermind and collaborate Shredder Projects.

Day 537: Part 1 – My Last Shonenkai
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
Living and working in Japan carries with it some very unique cultural “duties”. One of those “duties” is to attend the company Shonenkai (start of year party) and Bonenkai (end of year party) that are held every year at precise times.
It is also a tradition for departing staff to attend the Shonenkai and say their final sayonaras to their colleagues, which is exactly what I did tonight. While I enjoyed meeting up with my “old” colleagues I am also eager to leave the past behind me and start a new chapter of my life.
To be continued…

Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
The Official Council 2.0 Roll Call has now gone live behind a secure area that will only accessible by Council 2.0 Candidates for the next 24 hours.
Once Council 2.0 Candidates have taken the necessary action steps I will then go live with the full version of Shredder Sunday #11 that will include the final shortlist of Council Candidates.
In the meantime, here is the partial version Shredder Sunday #11.

Day 527: Council 2.0 – Zero Day Roll Call
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
Welcome to a very special edition of Shredder Sunday. Episode 11 is dedicated to 10 very special people, The Council 2.0 Candidates.
*Important Update: Council 2.0 Explained
Since I still don’t have access to RTP Blog 1.0 there may be some people who are a little confused as to what “The Council 2.0 Shred” is all about and how the candidates were selected.
N.B. I did discuss the forthcoming Council 2.0 and ShredderSphere 2.0 in great depth back on Shredder Sunday #10, Day 528: April 20, 2008.

What makes it even more “unbelievable” is that I had most of these ideas 7 years ago but failed over and over again throughout the six year period from 2001 to 2006 to follow through.
“Secret” Video From May 15, 2005
Below is one of many “secret” videos from my vault. This video was recorded in May 2005 and was to be another “failed” attempt at a physique transformation.
[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6rBQF6lSXQ]
The Original RTP Group Shred
Since the end of Mission 3 I have also done my best (with the time I had available) to motivate and move people into massive action on their physique transformation goals.
I honestly could not have predicted that I would connect with so many great people I admire and respect when we started the Original Group Shred, but great things can happen when people come together for a common cause.
However, I also have a firm belief that we are all individuals and as such, we are all free conduct our lives and specifically our physique transformation journeys the way we feel is congruent with our lifestyles, personality and available time.
There Is Only One “Rule” In The ShredderSphere
There are no “rules” in The ShredderSphere (except one). You are completely free to document your journey in the best way you see fit.
The only “rule” is that you give due credit for Mission Ideas and Shredder Terminology that you implement on your blog to the source of the idea.
Example 1: If you decide to implement a “Real Time Accountability Log” on your blog in the same/similar format as my M4 Shred: Real Time Accountability Log then you would link to the M4 Shred Day 495 Blog Post (this page is 1 of 84) on my blog and reference my work as the idea behind your RTA Log.
Example 2: If you decide to hold a “Clothing Challenge” that was inspired by Lilla’s Clothing Challenge (Council 2.0 Candidate) then you would reference Lilla’s Blog Post as the “inspiration” behind your “Clothing Challenge”.
The “Rule”: Referencing To Those Shredders Who Have Inspired You
Referencing and linking to those people who have given you the idea and the “model” to do the same/similar thing is not only ethical, it is also common courtesy.
This is what is meant to separate blogs from other mainstream websites. Bloggers the world over have built their “A-List” reputations on telling the truth as they see it and acting with integrity at all times.
The ShredderSphere Has Been Built On Honesty And Integrity
The ShredderSphere has built on the hard work of many people who tell the truth and act with integrity. Therefore, if you are unable to credit others who have come before you then you will no longer be welcome in The ShredderSphere.
In all other cases I am not “the boss”. You are your own boss. In fact, I am the same as you in this way, my “tools” are a gym membership, a supermarket, a digital camera, a computer and a blogging service (sometimes!).
Up till recently I had a full-time job so everything you see up to Day 492 was done as a “side project”. The majority of my time was spent at work and training.

The Most Important Factor In A Mastermind Group
- Joni’s Blog: Nana Korobi Ya Oki
- Lilla’s Blog: Self-Fulfilling Prophecy
- Lynda’s Blog: 130 On My Way
- Michael’s Blog: Fat Burning Machine
- Mike’s Blog: Aussie Bodybuilder
- Suzette’s Blog: Quest For Success
Take the time to read their posts, read their archives, watch their videos and view their comments. You will notice how active they are in supporting and encouraging their Fellow Shredders.
These people have documented their journeys over a minimum of 100 days and put into action the Universal Law of Reciprocity. Put simply, this is the kind of dedication it takes to be considered for The Council in the future.

TheShredder Council is for those people who have a burning desire to take it to the next level and a minimum 100 Day track record of practicing daily picture and blog accountability, as well as supporting their Fellow Shredders.
Why 100 Days Of Consecutive Blogging Is “Required”
The truth is, many people have come and gone since the ShredderSphere started 120 days ago. Many people have started strong but not completed their designated Missions. There seems to be a point around Day 30 to Day 50 when people stop blogging.
The reasons for this I am not sure. However, I do know that people who hit Day 100 rarely quit after that point. They have ingrained the daily accountability habit into their everyday life to the point where it becomes second nature.
Council “Default Mode” Is 95% Compliance To Daily Accountability

======================================
A Trip Down Memory Lane!
This esteemed group of Shredders have all logged over 100 days of real time accountability via their respective blogs (including daily pictures).
These Shredders then followed through and practiced the Shredder Code of daily accountability by posting pictures of themselves at varying degrees over the last 180 days. In short, they have honored their self-promises and followed through on a massive scale.
They also supported their Fellow Shredders by making comments and offering words of encouragement on their blogs. As a group we then decided The Shred would continue for another 10 weeks by incorporating a weekly accountability phase.
The Journey Has Continued
We formed many friendships during this intense shared experience that continue to this day, as evidenced by the number of Original Shredders blazing their own trails in the ShredderSphere.
In fact, one of the greatest experiences of my life was the recent East Coast Shredder Summit (ECSS) where I met four of the Original Shredders, a.k.a, The New York Four, in person in New York!

My Fellow Shredders Debbie, Suzette, Joni and Lilla (pictured above) and I along with Tom Venuto met up together for a Judgment Day Shred and a closed-door Summit Meeting (at an undisclosed location!).
How ECSS 2008 Was Born
ECSS 2008 started out as an idea mentioned casually in a single blog post among 20 responses back on Day 379: M4 Revealed By The Council! when I announced that I was coming to New York to train with Tom Venuto on M4 Judgment Day.
This ECSS 2008 idea then gathered momentum in private communication between myself, Suzette, Joni, Debbie, Lilla (and Tom) at Shredder’s Unite, an invitation-only Social Networking Site built by Lilla.
Meeting The Super Shredder Himself, Tom Venuto!
After many untold hours of shredding, planning, promotion and execution the big day arrived on March 24, 2008! We all had a blast meeting each other and the Super Shredder himself Tom Venuto.
In fact, Tom was kind enough to have lunch with us in New Jersey after the Judgment Day Shred where we were able to “grill him” on advanced Shredding Tactics for over an hour!
I believe ECSS 2008 demonstrates the massive power of an idea that can actually manifest on the physical plane when you are networking and masterminding with like-minded people who are not afraid to “think big” and take massive action on individual and group goals for a common cause.
The Council Connection To ECSS
This ECSS model is exactly what I envision for Shredder Council 2.0, masterminding with like-minded people who are goal-driven, have a burning desire to be the best they can be, willing to push the limits on what is “reasonable” AND practice the Shredder Code of daily accountability.
We Have Only Scratched The Surface
Trust me, we have only scratched the surface on just far we can take this Shredder Mastermind/Project/Event Concept. There are many “big ideas” I will reveal inside the Council Boardroom that we as a group can discuss and deploy into the ShredderSphere.
Important: Inside the Council Boardroom we will not spend much time discussing the ins and outs of nutrition and exercise. The place to discuss those things is on your blogs and by connecting with other Council Members privately.
Council Strategic Objectives
The focus of The Council will be masterminding and collaborating on large-scale Shredder Projects that will be injected into The ShredderSphere and the Web at large.
Therefore, if you have “problems” taking massive and immediate action on Council Strategic Directives and/or you have an “issue” about collaborating/executing on potential business projects then the Council is definitely not for you.
First Things First: Council Rite Of Passage
95% Compliance Is The Default Position For All Council Members
Before we get too far ahead of ourselves there is something we must all take care of first. Daily picture and blog accountability (at a minimum threshold of 95% compliance) over the next 28 days beginning on Monday April 28, 2008 and ending on May 25, 2008.
This is The Council Rite of Passage that all Shredders must go through to gain access to The Council.
N.B. This 95% Compliance Threshold includes myself, no Shredder is exempt from this “screening process”.
If the Council is to hold an exalted place in the ShredderSphere (and the Fitness World) that I envision we must earn our way in by practicing what we preach. There are no free passes into The Council. We all have re-set the accountability clock tomorrow and get the job done over the next 4 weeks.
About The Council “Default Mode”
Realistically, daily accountability must become “default mode” for you if you are serious about gaining (and keeping) a seat at The Council Boardroom.
If you truly are “Council Material” there should not even be a question in your mind as to whether you can hit 95% Compliance every month. This is the assumed default position for all Council Members.
There are also no “life memberships” in The Council. Even if you make the cut after this initial 28-Day period you will lose your place the instant you fall below 95% Compliance over a calendar month during a Designated Mission.
N.B. If you’d like to know why this “rule” exists just compare my M2 after picture to my M3 before picture. The bottom line is that we must continue daily accountability as a group because the slide backwards can be just as quick as the progression forwards. If there is a Council Member not practicing the Shredder Code then this reflects on us all.

Ok, it’s time to cut to the chase and kick off The Council 2.0 Roll Call!

*Council Directives For Immediate Deployment
The main purpose of the Council 2.0 Shred is to ingrain the “Council Default Mode” of daily picture/blog accountability at a minimum of 95% compliance each calendar month for entry and ongoing access to The Council.
However, as we speak many Council 2.0 Candidates are practicing accountability at varying levels of consistency and/or are currently on a Designated Mission. My intention is not to interfere with your current Mission as continuity is key for your blog and your readers.
In light of this fact, we have to stipulate two different Accountability Parameters that cater to both variances AND also the Common Parameters listed below.
For Council 2.0 Candidates Who ARE Currently on a Mission:
1) Daily Picture Specs: Your daily pictures must be a full body front picture from head to heel (that includes your face). Chronological merged pictures for each day must be set at a total width of exactly 420 Pixels wide in JPEG format.
2) Make A Separate Council 2.0 Blog Post on April 28, 2008 acknowledging the start of the Council 2.0 Shred and your pledge to achieve 95% compliance. This is a “milestone post” that lays out your commitment in writing.
3) Upload your Day 1 Council 2.0 Shred picture on this blog post with a Question Mark attached to the picture.
4) Make A Separate Council 2.0 Blog Post for Each Sunday (coincides with Shredder Sunday accountability traffic you will receive from RTP Blog 2.0) with a weekly picture update. The exact 4-Week structure will go like this:
Start: Monday April 28: Day 1/Day 28 QU – in a separate Council 2.0 blog post.
Week 1: Sunday May 4: Day 1/Day 7 – in a separate Council 2.0 blog post.
LIVE EXAMPLE from Lilla:
See Lilla’s Council 2.0 Day 1 Blog Post
and Lilla’s Beach Body Shred Day 28 Daily Accountability (Lilla’s current Mission)
These posts are live examples of exactly how to separate your Mission blog posts from Council 2.0 Weekly Blog Posts.
For Council 2.0 Candidates Who Are NOT Currently On A Mission
Common Parameters:
1) Clothing: Amount of clothing worn is at your discretion.
2) Video Tutorial: If you need assistance in learning how to do “merged pictures” please click through and watch this video below which I originally recorded on Day 350 for RTP Group Shred 1.

Even if you don’t use Photoshop there are quite a few tips you can learn in regards to: how to “move” pictures; folder structure; file naming scheme; optimizing pictures for the web and uploading to Blogger. The principles in this video tutorial are simple to understand and as such they are applicable to a wide variety of photo editing programs.
3) Council 2.0 Blog Roll: In order to streamline our operation please make a separate Council 2.0 Blog Roll on your own blog that includes all 12 candidates in the exact text link format as the Council 2.0 Roll Call shown above.
Also, whenever you refer to a Fellow Council Candidate in your blog posts please use the exact same text link format. This is extremely important for a number of reasons which I reveal to you when you are “sitting next to me” inside The Council.
4) Post A Comment as a reply to this blog post stating that you clearly understand the “Terms & Conditions” for Council 2.0 inclusion AND pledging your total commitment to the 28-Day Shred Compliance Threshold AND that you will honor The Council Vow I outlined in my private communication with you.
This is a required step, and once you are confirmed you will be included in the official Council 2.0 Roll Call Video that will go live as Shredder Sunday #11 within 36 hours.
Ok Shredders, now is the time to…
Eat Clean, Shred Hard & Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

You may have noticed a new pic in my header graphic…this is the first of many Source Code Components of Mission 5 that I will be revealing in the coming weeks.
Can you guess how this relates to M5? Just leave a comment if you’d like to take a stab at the correct answer.
Important: Council 2.0 Candidates please be sure to tune in tomorrow for Shredder Sunday Episode 11 as I’ll be revealing some very important (and time-sensitive) news.

Day 534: Blogger Lock-Out Day 2
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
I’m now on Day 2 of Blogger Lock Out 3.0. Blogger’s help guide states that a human will review my blog in 2 days so we’ll see if I get unlocked within the next 24 hours.
In the meantime I’ll be continuing with daily accountability on this temporary blog. However, as I mentioned in yesterday’s blog post I am now in the process of migrating my original RTP Blog to a whole new blogging platform. This will take some time to complete so please bear with me for a while.
Until tomorrow…
Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Day 533: Blogger Lock-Out Day 1
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
This 2.0 version of RTP Blog is a temporary measure until the entire RTP Blog infrastructure is installed on a new platform (which will take time to migrate). This has been bought about by Blogger continually locking me out of posting to RTP Blog 1.0
I’ll have much more coming soon, but for now I’ll just use this blog to maintain daily picture accountability and make important Council and Sphere updates over the coming days.
N.B. Shredder Council 2.0 Candidates be sure to keep your eyes peeled to this 2.0 Version as I’ll be making some important announcements regarding Council 2.0 membership in the coming days.
Until tomorrow…
Eat Clean, Shred Hard, Think BIG!

Day 532: The M5 Jigsaw Puzzle
Posted by: | CommentsJust a quick M5 update today as I’m really pressed for time (again!).
While the full scope of Mission 5 will remain under wraps for a while yet, I can report that certain pieces of the M5 Jigsaw Puzzle are already falling into place!
Just wait till you see what may be coming your way…
We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results.
We will “burn our bridges” and not look back.
We will never surrender.
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,
