Four Certified Shredders (a.k.a. The New York Four), Suzette, Joni, Debbie and Lilla have upped the stakes in real-time accountability in a massive way.

Together we have embarked on a 30-Day full-blooded physique transformation journey which will culminate in the Inaugural East Coast Shredder Summit, (a.k.a ECSS 2008) on March 24, 2008.

Thanks Kel, I originally had the idea for this song when I was sitting in a diner in SF on Day 498. I played “New York, New York” over the jukebox and thought, “What a great fit!”

But then I heard “My Way” on shuffle on my Pod and those lyrics seemed to fit better.I couldn’t wait to get back to Osaka to make it when I heard that song!
