*Important:
Feel free to use this plan as a template that you can follow. However, this plan is is based on my own personal experience over 3 physique transformation missions. In other words, what works for me may not work for you in the same way.
Success in this game requires research, individual design, real-world testing, monitoring results and making adjustments when necessary. This is your responsibility, no one else can do it for you. However, if you’d like to research further the exact programs I have used (over my first 3 Missions) and will use for M4 Shred you can do so at the links below.
M4 Shred Components: Click each link to learn more.
1) Fat Burning: 16 Principles of BFFM: nutrition, mindset and cardio.
2) Weight Training: Metabolic Surge: 36 Day Rapid Fat Loss System.
3) Six-Pack Training: Flatten Your Abs: 7-Level Training System.

PM Update: Day 2
DAS = 9/10
CAS = 17/20
G’day Shredders,
Well, as you can tell by the headline of today’s PM Post, Christy got me at about 2:00 AM last night! That’s right, I was having another one of my sleepless nights when after going to bed I got up again just to take a peek at the latest Shredder action.
Of course, I couldn’t help myself, so I stayed up working on my blog and sending Christmas messages to my Fellow Shredders. I think I have a case of ShredderSomnia!
This is becoming a problem for me! I’m so pumped up I can’t sleep (flashback to M1) because I am thinking so much about M4:Training Day with Tom Venuto. When you couple that with the daily action in the ShredderSphere that I love to read and comment on it equals a double-barreled case of ShredderSomina.
Does anyone have a natural remedy?
Well, onto today’s analysis.
Nutrition: I gave myself a No vote on Meal 1 because I missed it completely. Due to ShredderSomnia I slept in past 8:00AM. However, I did get back on track with all other meals going according to plan so I’m happy with that.
Training: I got in another solid Fat Loss Training Workout with Core Combo with the focus on lower body. My cardio endurance is sky high at the moment as I finished the 20th set of 40 seconds skipping as strong as I started the first.
Accountability: As I missed my deadline of 11:00PM tonight for blog posting I have to give myself another NO. Note to self, get more organized!
Before I sign off today I will go into much more depth tomorrow about the core reason I am currently using the RTP Time Machine. Any guesses as to why?
NewsFlash for East Coast Shredders: Please check Lilla’s SU ASAP.

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results. We will “burn our bridges” and not look back.
We will never surrender.
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

PM Update: Day 1 DAS = 9/10
G’day Shredders,
Well, Day 1 of my M4 Shred has gone rather well considering it was Christmas Day!
Nutrition: I gave myself a NO vote on Meal 1 because I didn’t have any oatmeal to eat as I forgot to buy a new packet the day before! All other meals went as planned.
Training: I got in a solid Fat Loss Training Workout with Core Combo. I am way ahead in terms of strength and endurance compared to the previous 3 times I have started Metabolic Surge.
Notes: I have a very strong feeling that this real-time accountability strategy is gonna see me in the best shape of my life come Day 500.
I was so focused today, (much more than usual). Knowing that I had posted my Daily Plan on my blog in the morning really pushed me to follow through on every specified task. I feel ultra compelled to get the job done because I have to tell the truth every day and I have strong desire to report back a perfect score.

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results. We will “burn our bridges” and not look back.
We will never surrender.
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,

Day 411: A Very Cool Christmas Present – 1,000,000 Video Views!
Posted by: | CommentsG’day Shredders,
I’d like to wish all my Fellow Shredders and readers of this blog a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Years. Thank you for your support through all the ups (mostly ups!) and downs over the last year.
Words alone can’t really do justice to how grateful I am to all the kind words and positive vibes I have received from you this year.
When I started this blog 411 days ago I did have future vision of hopefully inspiring people to take action on their own physique transformation goals and dreams. However, that dream was so far off in the distance as I knew I first had get my own game in order before I could even contemplate moving other people to action.
By far the most enjoyable time for me over the last year has been the last 62 days since we kicked off the first Group Shred which has now morphed into the Shredder Council and the ShredderSphere.
We have demonstrated together the awesome power of the “mastermind principle” and the positive energy and support that comes from having like-minded people share ideas and their own personal journey in real-time.
I tip my hat to all my Fellow Shredders and trust that you will enjoy this holiday season and come back stronger in 2008 with an unshakable belief in your own ability to manifest your dreams and goals in the new year.
I have a strong feeling that 2008 is gonna be a big year for many Shredders….
My Very Cool Christmas Present!
Would you believe I passed a major milestone today?! That’s right, YouTube Santa delivered 1,000,000 video views just in time for me to receive on Christmas Day! Take a look at the screenshot below.

This totally blows my mind! About 1 month ago I thought it would be cool if I hit the 1,000,000 mark before the end of this year. However, there has been a rush of views in the last 5 days that tipped the view count over the magic mark on Christmas Eve.
N.B. If you’d like to watch the videos according to the “Most Popular” just check out my new Top 10 lists on the right-hand nav bar.
M4 Shred Real-Time Accountability Non-Start: What Happened?
This is kinda embarrassing but would you believe I forgot that today is a public holiday in Japan! That’s right, it is the Emperor’s Birthday today and as a result my gym was closed which prevented me from getting in my Fat Loss Circuit Training workout.
However, the good news is that my gym is open on Christmas Day (not a public holiday in Japan) and the next few days after that so I will kick-start my new real-time accountability strategy tomorrow.
Shredder Council Special Edition: Coming On New Year’s Eve
One more thing before I sign off today. Yesterday I discussed a Shredder Council Special Edition that I would release today. However, I had a brainwave today on how I can make my 2008 Shredder Gift much cooler!
I will need a little more time to get it done (think free video downloads!) and I will release my 2008 Shredder Gift on New Year’s Eve just in time for all those New Year’s Resolutions!
P.S. ShredderSphere Members will also get access to this 2008 Shredder Gift.
Live From Osaka!
Here is a wide shot of today’s Day 411 picture. I had Christmas Eve dinner in downtown Osaka and thought I’d get a snap of the most famous neon area in Japan (the Running Man!)

We will focus on the single daily actions that produce results. We will “burn our bridges” and not look back.
We will never surrender.
Until tomorrow…
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,
